My partner has been a patient here for about 18 months. ATM she is really unwell and has tried without and joy to get help from her doctors bur all the can do is be rude and completely unprofessional. I strongly suggest you try somewhere else becouse it seem the doctors here would rather do anything other than seeing patients. I am completely distraught that in this day and age the NHS allow doctors like this to continue to practice. Very disappointed, I hope my partner doesn't run into complications that's all I can say.

My step father has terminal cancer, he has an abcess and needs to see a GP urgently. My disabled mum rang last week and was told there were no appointments for the rest of the week.and to try again Monday and Tues. She has tried again and still can't get an appointment. It's dangerous. Why can't people see a GP or even speak to one.what's going on?

My mum was told a doctor would ring her on Monday, they didn't, she rang again on Tuesday - no chance of any call that day, they arranged to call this morning, no one rang. She is elderly and had a fall on Monday, the phone line is constantly engaged and I think this is a shocking state of affairs. Sort out people answering the calls and also getting back to people when you say you are going to. If I could I would give no stars.

My husband and I recently relocated to Market Harborough and have transferred our information from the previous surgery to this surgery and it all went very smoothly. A recent need for medical help was excellent also. No long wait to speak to someone when I called in the morning and the assistant was both pleasant and helpful. They took my information regarding the medical problem and arranged a telephone call that same day. The doctor I spoke with was thorough and patient. I received the necessary medical help and am very happy with the care I received. Thank you Market Harborough Surgery.

Just had second jab and once again it was well organised, good-humoured, pleasant and polite. Special thanks to Barbara, whom I have been lucky enough to have vaccinate me twice - on both occasions it was quick, totally pain free, smiling and efficient! Thank you also to the receptionists I have spoken to on the phone, they could not have been more helpful, and the same goes for Dr Crowley! As a newcomer to the area, very good experience all round, thank you.
