A tremendous dental practice with superb service and efficiency. Reception team are courteous and professional. I have seen Jeevan for dental work and routine appointments and he is excellent and comprehensive in his explanations of ongoing treatment and prevention on future difficulties A first class practice that I would throughly recommend. Had an appointment today, 17 May 2022, with Dr Jeevan Bhuhi, to remove a top dental bridge, take out three teeth and replace them with implants. As I've had some seriously traumatic past dental experienced prior to registering with Hallcross, I was, to put it mildly, terrified at the prospect of today's visit. This fear was wholly misplaced. During my two-hours of treatment with Dr Bhuhi, I did not feel any pain whatsoever.
The trauma I was anticipating did not occur. He and his team put me immediately at ease, treating me with the utmost professionalism at all times. This was accompanied by a considerate and good humoured manner. Each stage of the process was explained so that felt suitably prepared as the treatment progressed. Dr Bhuhi is without doubt the finest dental surgeon I have encountered - head and shoulders above all those I have previously seen.
I really could not recommend him more highly. If you, like me, have carried a fear of dentists, then look no further than Dr Bhuhi. He is just what you need to rediscover trust and respect in dental surgeons.

Amazing service tonight from Jeevan Bhuhi! My extremely anxious daughter underwent two teeth extractions. Jeevan's style of communication put her immediately at ease as he explained every step whilst treating her with patience and understanding. She didn't actually realise that he'd completed the extraction until he held her tooth up to view! Couldn't recommend more!

After 43 years at the same surgery I visited today for my hygienist appointment. Jo is just an amazing, thoughtful and courteous Lady who ensures she always offers the highest patient care. It is always a pleasurable visit confident of Jo and her empathetic manner. Thank you Jo. I had my first appointment today after two year Covid interruption. DR SHAILA KOTECHA and POONAM did a very hard tooth extraction on me today that was one of many ive had with Shalia over the years, I have a serious phobia about the dentist but Shaila has always been able to keep me calm, I can not thank her and her team enough for all the help they have given me throughout the past 2 years, because of the very professional and caring approach I keep going back and will continue to do so.
