THANK YOU to Kam and Claire (and all of the other lovely nurses!) for looking after me so far on my journey. My first appointment I was beyond anxious but now I no longer dread the dentist which I never thought I'd say! If you are an anxious patient I 100% recommend you give the dental suite a visit :) Thank you also to Lisa for being so lovely on reception and answering all of my questions! Everyone is so reassuring and calming, perfect for nervous patients! Excited to go onto the next chapter of my treatment.

I had my first hygienist visit today with Ella at the dental suite and wow my teeth feel so clean. I walked in to service with a smile from Kalise, Lorraine, Natasha and Sophie. Thank you to Ella's nurse Amy also who was exceptional Great team at the dental suite I will definitely be coming back.

Anna has been fantastic throughout the process and is extremely knowledgeable, professional and wants the best service for all of her patients. The whole team have super in booking appointments that suit me and can fit around work. Thank you very much to the super Kalise who goes the extra mile to make sure that a top customer service is provided with a smile and that patients are seen to in a timely manner that suit their schedule.

My experience with the Dental Suite has been fantastic on both occasions I have received treatment here. Sanita was fantastic, she put me at ease and explained the procedure perfectly to me and completed my root canal to a high standard and helped save another tooth from having to have a second root canal. The experience was as painless and comfortable as possible and everyone was so welcoming and reassuring. I would definitely recommend the Dental Suite

From start to finish my experience at the dental suite has been 10/10. I had my braces on for 1 year Anna made this such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I'm so happy with how my teeth have turned out. it's given me so much confidence! Would also like to mention how friendly the staff at the Loughborough practice are. Dr Sanita is honestly the best at what she does! Such a perfectionist and so gentle. Completely changed my smile with new fillings that were white. Thank you also to Clare and Rosie for being so lovely, welcoming and caring towards me! Really recommend Dr Sanita.

I am so happy with my teeth, I said what I wanted and Dr Bernardo did just that - he is amazing at what he does! All the staff have been lovely, Gina was always there throughout and is so helpful! Extremely happy with my smile and had so many compliments!

Although I am only half way through my treatment at The Dental Suite Loughborough I wanted to leave a review of my experience so far. From my very first consultation I have been cared for and treated by an amazingly caring team. Nothing is too much trouble and no question silly for this wonderful team. They explained exactly what they were going to do and took the time to listen to my fears, reassuring me and checking that I was ok during the extraction of 8 teeth ( I didn't feel a thing ) Even though I've still got more treatment in the New Year I can smile now with confidence, something I haven't done for all my adult life. So far so good, I have recently had adult braces fitted via the Dental Suite Loughborough, I found them after a recommendation from a friend and I haven't been disappointed with the service and care I have received so far. I have had some previous, bad experiences with dental/orthodontic work but the Dental Suite have been great at explaining every step of the treatment and are very honest about what results you can expect at the end of your treatment plan. Would definitely recommend

Kam and Natasha were so kind and absolutely brilliant at what they do! I can't wait to visit again soon as the practice and staff are always so welcoming. They do really amazing work and I wish I'd found them sooner!

Amazing service. The Dental Suite helped massively for my appointments and they take priority for any patient no matter what. Despite the possibility of waiting a while to get an appointment if you're in pain, they still bend over backwards to get back to you for earlier bookings. The relief I got just by getting availability is just as fantastic as getting my teeth treated and that is something all the Dental Suite practises excel in since I've been to them. Can't recommend them enough and a huge shout to Lisa, Sophie Claire and Vikesh for the amazing support and service.

Received great service at The Dental Suite. Was taken care of by Bernardo and it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Had some white spots on my front two teeth that I was told I had to live with by previous dentists and he had them removed! Fixed a chipped tooth and got some whitening done as well. Love my new smile. Would highly recommend

I'm a nervous patient & was made to feel secure and in good hands during my treatment. The staff from the reception team to the dentist's themselves are professional and friendly people and I'm extremely happy with the procedures from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend the place. Hussein and Rosie who carried out my fillings today were particularly sympathetic to me being a man baby about visiting the dentist.

At the age of 39 I decided I wanted to have some work done to improve my smile. A close friend of mine recommended the dental suit to me and having seen his results I knew I would be in safe hands. From the moment I stepped through the door for my first consultation everyone have been amazing. There was no pressure on me to make any decisions and when asked about my requirements I felt listened to.

Everything was explained clearly and also backed up in writing. I couldn't wait to start my program and managed to start early due to a cancellation which was great. The ladies on reception are very professional and very accommodating. I am almost 6 weeks into having my braces fitted and will be returning in the next day or two for them to be tightened.

After so many years of dreading dental appointment because of fear of painful filling etc , I have to say that my experience today was so comfortable and relaxing I cannot speak highly enough of Bernardo and Gina ! Thank you for caring and expertise job on my teeth . Well recommend.

If you’re like me and have anxiety or are generally anxious/phobic of dentists this one has you covered. Although NHS dentists can do great work, when you’re anxious they don’t want to take the time to calm you, it works as a conveyor belt. Whereas here at the dental suite all staff greet you with smiles and are willing to help with all questions no matter how many. Dr Kiren and hygienist Charlotte are my absolute faves ❤️ So caring and genuinely take that time with you so you don’t feel overwhelmed. You are fully in control no matter what. The way this dentist practices gives you the ability to overcome fears you may have. 100% recommend, anxious or not!

This company are all about and social media presence, pushing you to review and even be in a promo video on first visit. Miss an appointment for whatever reason (no mercy) and you will pay, and miss them for 12 months (er, covid?) and they'll charge double 90 for hygienist. Avoid.

I recently saw Dr Kiren for comestic bonding to close a small gap between my two front teeth. I am absolutely over the moon with the results, such a small change but it has given me a whole new smile!! All the staff at the dental suite are so lovely and welcoming and the practice is extremely well set up. Would 100% recommend

What can I say about ‘The Dental Suite’ in Loughborough, ...... from the initial telephone call and visit, to the full day appointment resulting in having my dental implants carried out, the customer care, individual attention and professionalism has been unique! The whole staff team really care about you as a person and from the outset the experience has been one that I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about having dental treatment.

From my first consultation with Dr Kal Bohara, where the various options of treatment and procedures suitable for me, were thoroughly and expertly explained, to having the same day implant surgery and after care, the experience was the best I have ever received. Although ‘awake’ throughout the surgery, the pain management and level of sedation was expertly controlled by Nick, the amazing consultant anaesthetist, so I did not feel or remember anything afterwards.

My subsequent appointments with the magical Jamie, to ensure my final teeth implants were perfect in every way ‘for me’ and the care and consideration shown by all the staff during the numerous visits, was one of outstanding customer care. Due to previous experiences, I arrived at the clinic as a very nervous patient, but was treated with dignity and respect and felt reassured by their kindness and understanding.

I felt extremely safe in the hands of the whole team at Loughborough and I cannot praise you all enough, Thank you for giving me my ‘new smile’ but most of all my confidence back....

I came to the dental suite for an emergency surgical extraction as my own dentist had said they couldn't treat me and I was in constant pain. I was fitted in on the same day by the amazing Dr Bernado and his nurse Charlotte. I can't praise them both enough and I have booked back in to become a regular patient.

The dental suite at Loughborough are just fab, I am quite a nervous patient & I visited the hygienist & Dr Bernardo & Kelise and they were absolutely amazing, so positive and calming. Bernardo even put Christmas music on to distract me! Lovely experience, I will 100% be back.

I needed a new fixed retainer on my bottom teeth. I called the dental suite and managed to make an appointment at their West Bridgford branch, even though I live in Loughborough, as they could see me sooner. I went in on the Friday afternoon for impressions and to have the glue from my previous retainer removed. Their covid measures were fantastic, I felt very safe and looked after.

My dentist, Anna was so knowledgeable, and I was very reassuring about everything she was doing. Anna told me my retainer would be ready by Monday, which I was so surprised at how fast that was! I mentioned that I live in Loughborough and she said I could go there to have it fitted, rather than going back to Bridgford. She said she works there in a Monday and could see me then!

Today I went in to have my retainer fitted and it was all done within 20 minutes. Rosie, the senator assistant was so lovely and friendly and was waiting for me in the waiting room as I walked through the front door. Anna talked me through how to floss with my new retainer (as this was how I broke the last one), and fitted it in a way so food couldn’t get stuck there.

The reception team were very friendly and helped me use Apple Pay when I realised I’d forgotten my purse! And the best bit?! The whole service cost about half the price I’d been quoted elsewhere. I’d totally recommend the dental suite and wouldn’t hesitate to return with any private dental needs. Both the practises I visited are modern, clean, covid secure, and very efficient. Thank you!

I have been in today and had root canal treatment plus a filling. I cannot fault the work done, quick and efficient. The dental nurse was very reassuring too. Would definately recommend them.

Excellent service from Dr Hussein Ahmed and Beena today in Loughborough. I needed emergency dental treatment and have a real phobia of dentists. They put me at ease, were patient and explained everything really clearly which meant I was confident in them going ahead with treatment today. I am so grateful to them both for looking after me today.

I cannot express my deep gratitude enough for the caring and efficient way I was treated at the dental suite during the challenge of the Covid virus. My pain and anxiety was 100% taken away through the skill and professionalism of Dr Bahara and his team. My complicated extractions were over in a matter of minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending a practice who understands the concerns and anxieties of their patients.

I would recommend the dental suite, you are always welcomed with a smile on arriving and never have to wait long for your appointment.

They offered a good standard of treatment but can be a bit pricey. Maybe that's because I'm coming from a background of NHS dentists and didn't expect it to cost so much. But still they offer a good service.

It is always a pleasure to visit Kalpesh and the team at Dental Suite. They make it so easy for me to deal with my remaining levels of dental phobia - something that at one point was preventing me from getting much needed treatment. My teeth and gums now get all the help they need.

Go back some five months and i was one of those people who was utterly terrified at the bare idea of going to the dentist. bad experienced as a child and a creative imagination led me to have very deep fears of sitting in the dental chair. dr bohara and his team were the ones who stepped forward nad offered their care and services when i was scouting leicester and surroundings areas. they said i could have the smile i wanted - i didn't think it was possible. but here i am, after six dental implants and the addition of many crowns. cleanings helped as well and i now i would just lie to say very much thank you

New year, new me- WOW! Have just finished my treatment at The Dental Suite. Was recommended by a friend who said I should look at the fantastic website for information on teeth alignment. I had been very unhappy for years about my crooked teeth and decided to do something about it. I took the plunge and telephoned to make an appointment and was offered a free consultation!

My first visit was so positive, the staff were so friendly and made me feel at ease and very welcome. Raha the dentist couln't have been better, she was so understanding of my problem, gave me all the options available and even showed me what I could achieve. I decided as advised to have the INVISALIGN clear aligners (no one even noticed), and was offered a payment plan to suit me.

Nine months later my teeth look 'FABULOUS', my confidence has grown enormously and I have secured the job of my dreams. Give them a try - you will look back with a smile!
