What can I say! The whole of Reigate Specialist orthodontic practice have been absolutely brilliant, all the way from reception to the orthodontic team! I had had a few issues with me teeth and at 25, I was quite nervous about getting braces so I spoke to Lucy and she reassured me and helped me decide on the best treatment for my teeth. I've recently had my braces removed, and I couldn't be happier!

My teeth are now perfect and with that, I've become a lot more confident! The whole team were fantastic, reassuring and just great fun to be around! They easily deserves the 5 star rating they have! Thank you!

From booking my appointments to the day my braces where removed, what l thought would be scary and hard process became enjoyable and so rewarding. Cannot thank Lucy and her team enough. I had my braces off over 8 years ago and my teeth are still perfect. Having the fixed retainer has made a huge difference as well as the retainers you wear at night. Would highly recommend. Lucy is amazing.

After a horrendous experience at another practice in Woodhatch I thought I would have to settle with my teeth (which I wasn't happy with). My sister then recommended I go and have a conversation with Lucy at Reigate Orthodontist and I wish I went to her sooner! Lucy and her team have been outstanding from start to finish. My 14 year old daughter was apprehensive about starting her treatment but right from the beginning Lucy dealt with her in such a caring and kind way that she felt completely at ease. Lucy was very clear about what was required in terms of cleaning and maintaining oral health while wearing braces and my daughter immediately took responsibility for this as she wanted to please Lucy, who was quick to praise as much as possible. I recently completed Invisalign treatment with my consultant Dr Lucy Harris to straighten both my top and bottom teeth and i'm more than happy with the results! I chose Reigate Orthodontics after researching several other practices and attending consultations. I was put at ease by Lucy's calm nature and her ability to ensure I had grasped the treatment ahead of me. Lucy gave me time to mull over my decision and never took the hard line sales tactics.

That was one of the things that attracted me to choose Reigate Orthodontics. My dentist and a mutual friend also recommended her as she has a good professional reputation in the area. Initially Lucy estimated a 6 month treatment and guided me as to what each milestone expectation was. Invisalign initially takes getting used to as i'm 41 and its been a while since I wore a brace! but after a couple of weeks, I found my groove and by following the treatment plan Lucy had outlined, I actually reduced my expected treatment time by 2 months! Lucy and her team are absolutely superb. We came to see Lucy after our own orthodentist stopped practising part-way through my son's treatment and a recommendation was made to extract 4 of his teeth. Seeking a second opinion, I could not have done better than reaching out to Lucy. She worked tirelessly to resolve the issues at hand and, within a year, sorted everything out - with no need for an extraction. I reached out to Reigate Specialist Orthodontist as I was wanting my bottom-row of teeth to be straight (again!). I've had braces before, but unfortunately didn't wear my retainer throughout my teenage years. I had an online consultation with Dr Urvi Patel and right from the onset she made me feel confident and safe her professional hands. She knew exactly what I wanted, and got me there as quick (and professionally) as possible.

She throughly explained all my (many) questions through the process, with a positive and comforting approach throughout. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for treatment to go through this Specialist, and you'd be a lucky patient to have Dr Urvi as your orthodontist.

Lucy and her team have treated both of my boys over the last 4 years. Braces for both top and bottom teeth. Lucy always took time to explain what the procedure would be every visit, she was kind, caring and a total perfectionist throughout the years of treatment. The team always tried to ensure appointments were made to avoid missing school lessons. I was really uncertain about tackling my irregular teeth as my dentist had always said it was a little late and a lot of hassle. However, in 2019 I started biting my lip more than every now and then, especially when chewing as my top and bottom teeth didn't meet at all. When I met Dr Lucy Harris for a discussion, she was so calm, thorough and reassuring.

Hearing about he process, support and timeframe made me want to correct my teeth more. I trusted her all the way as she was an absolute expert. I have had to speak to patients on a one to one, medical crowds and behind a mask due to the pandemic during my brace treatment and not only did Lucy and her Team support me immensely with any problems, provide continuity and excellent care but I also felt clear and confident with my brace.

I would highly recommend Reigate Orthodontics to everyone. If I had to sum up the practice in one word, it would be: caring (although 'superb' also comes to mind!). From my very first appointment, the orthodontic team have been amazing. They were kind, conversational and interested in me as both a patient and a person. If I had any queries about treatment, I could message Dr Lucy and receive a reply within minutes, relieving any concerns I had (although, I didn't have very many to begin with!).

I had to have two (healthy) teeth taken out to allow the braces to fit, which of course was a big life decision. However, Dr Lucy's skill and advice alleviated my worries. The practice itself is very welcoming, clean and comfortable; you're able to buy all the necessary dental hygiene kit you need to take care of your braces, retainer and teeth. The overall process has been very smooth - I didn't have any complications at all. I'm delighted with my results; having a beautiful smile gives me so much more confidence. Thank you, Dr Lucy!

I have just finished my orthodontic treatment so would like to say a huge thank you to Lucy. She always reassures, takes time to explain things and has always been very patient.
