Ringley Park Dental Practice

I have had two Cerec restorations from Henk Freeke. The first one caused immense pain and was replaced with one so poorly fitting that I have to floss after every meal. The second Cerec lasted about two years before it cracked and I had to pay another dentist to remove the tooth.

You will not find a better dentist. I've had what I would call some extensive work taken out during the covid period to date, and can not fault the service I have received from Ringley Park and in particular Henk. The care and time given to patients is second to none. Henk especially makes you feel at ease by talking you through what he is doing, as he does it, so you fully understand exactly what is taking place which makes you feel calmer.

The attention to detail has been the best I have experienced after a long history of dentists who simply don't care and get you in-out as quick as possible. None of that is the same at Ringley Park, who provide you with a plan of the work you need done (if extensive enough), and you go at your own pace and comfort levels. I spent a lot of time looking for a dentist I felt I could really trust and Ringley Park totally met that brief. Highly recommend them.

I have always been exceptionally frightened of the dentist. I started using Ringley Park after a friend recommended it to me and for the first time in my life I feel comfortable in the dentists chair. I genuinely 'relaxed' during my hygienist appointment - it was the best hygienist I have used. It was pricey but well worth it. Would highly recommend this practice.

Went for an initial check-up. Great dentist, great experience right up until they presented me with a bill at the end that was considerably higher than they had told me upfront it would cost. Sadly can't trust a place that will quote you a price and then pull out hidden charges when you go to pay. Edit: The practice has since contacted me and offered to refund the extra charge, and I note they've updated the fees page on their website as well. Glad that it seems to have been a genuine mistake!

I was an anxious patient, went in for composite fillings and nervous was an understatement. The dental practice is very Covid secure and I felt very safe. Caroline & Jacqui were very patient and provided a calming and supportive atmosphere from start to finish. I was shown before and after pictures and Caroline's handy-work is outstanding. I was in the middle of orthodontic clear aligner treatment and the trays fit back perfectly and my bite felt exactly the same. (I've had a previous experience at another dentist where this was not the case) Special shout-out to all those behind the scenes also to make the whole appointment seamless. Definitely recommend!

I brought my 6yr old son to Ringley Park dentist for a check up, we saw Steve who was absolutely fantastic with my son, very child friendly and made my son feel totally at ease. Steve did an x-ray and advised my son that he needed a small filling, he advised to book in for the following week and suggested to see the paediatric dentist to carry out the filling.

We arrived at our appointment for the filling with the paediatric dentist AGGIE and it all went down hill from there, she sat my son in the chair looked in his mouth and then started questioning him with intimidating questions such as '' have you been eating too many sweets '' are you not brushing your teeth properly then started giving my partner and I a lecture about brushing his teeth and what he should and shouldn't be eating!

She then started talking about injecting my sons mouth and discussing in detail the entire process, also showing models of having a cap on the tooth. We were 25 minutes into the appointment still talking about the process, when the treatment should have just been undertaken. All during this time my son was just sitting in the chair taking in the overload of information that she was saying about injections and how uncomfortable it is going to be.

Our son then just burst into tears feeling as though he had failed or disappointed expectations and this was a major surgery to repair the damaged. It has really destroyed his confidence. We decided to walk out of the appointment and leave the practice. We are severely disappointed with the approach of the practice which we found not to be child friendly and totally unprofessional in the current child set up / arrangement.

Visited Dr Henk Freeke today for a cerec filling after a previous dentist did not restore my filling properly and it came out twice in a week. I've had lots of dental work done through the years and its honestly the first time the injection was completely painless. The repair work was done perfectly with no visible trace. I highly recommend Dr Freeke as the top dentist I've visited out of more than 20 in my life.

I am a water technician, and attend this practice on a six monthly basis to carry out water hygiene inspections. I would like to say that this is the most compliant dental practice I have attended. They always act immediately upon any recommendations given, regarding legionella awareness and water safety, which can be a rare thing these days. Top marks!

Firstly, I would be surprised if anyone contemplating implant surgery was not concerned about the process since it sounds a fairly traumatic and potentially painful experience. I would therefore like to assure anyone reading this that it was certainly not either of the above in my case. I have had two implants. In both cases I was back at work the next day and did not need any pain killer tablets.

I did not find the implant process in the least bit traumatic and would be quite relaxed at the prospect of having future implants if required. The results of having lost teeth replaced are life changing and implanted teeth have the look and feel of the originals. Dr Freeke is clearly an excellent dentist who is highly competent in the field of implant surgery and the latest digital Cerec technology. Thank you

I can't praise and thank Paul Barns and his team at Ringley Park enough for the care they have shown me throughout my cpmplicated implant treatment. For many years I had felt self conscious of the appearance of my teeth and experienced discomfort when eating. But since having had implant treatment with Paul, life has changed. I am absolutely thrilled with my new teeth, they look and feel totally natural - no one would ever know!

My treatment consisted of the removal of all my upper 12 teeth which were replaced with 8 implants and 4 bridges. Paul and his team were always professional and friendly which meant I felt confident and relaxed at every stage. Paul's attention to detail is incredible only when he has achieved perfection is he satified. He also sent me a comprehensive very detailed treatment plan outlining every stage of my treatment with the price structure so there were no price surprises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul at Ringley Park.

wanted to drop you a line to say how very pleased we are with your handiwork of yesterday. Jessica is so thrilled with her smile now and I was absolutely amazed at the end result. She is absolutely over the moon and infact I think it is the best ?500 I have spent in a long while! The effect is fantastic, yet with the minimum of fuss. A big thank you then for great work and "making the difference".

For many, many years I had always wanted to have my teeth realigned to make them look better and easier to clean. Upon becoming registered at the Ringley Park practice I expressed this wish and they recommended 'Invisalign'. The treatment lasted some two years and involved me wearing custom-made braces or aligners for both my upper and lower teeth for as long as possible outside of meal-times.

Every two weeks I changed my aligners so that gradually my teeth moved into the desired positions. None of my friends knew I was having the treatment as the aligners are nearly invisible. With no metal or sharp edges they are also comfortable to wear. The Ringley Park practice supervised the progressive movement of my teeth at regular intervals making fine adjustments as necessary. I am really pleased with the results and wish now I had sought out this treatment many years earlier. Best wishes Martin Bacon
