Retford Dental Centre

I don't understand why I had to wait 3 months for an appointment to get a tooth filling when it was meant to be an emergency. To make things worse the receptionist booked me in at a time that was not suitable for me and when I asked to change the appointment for the am she told me that she couldn't and I had to wait another month. I found the lady at the front desk really impolite and dismissive not good qualities when working in that type of environment!

Staff is really friendly and as someone who is really afraid of going to a dentist they always make you feel relaxed so you can have the procedure done. Big up!

The staff in Retford dental centre have been nothing but outstanding! From reception to nurses and the doctor himself Dr Ganesh has been so helpful, kind and reassuring. His diagnosis and outcome of my appointment was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much

I find it appalling that the receptionist does not know how to speak to people within the community. Firstly to assume that one is seeking NHS funding for care is discrimination at its best. You would think one would know to hang up when the operator has already said they are not accepting NHS patients, why does reception feel the need to mention it further.assuming that patients are calling for free treatmentnew to the area and honestly I would not register with them or recommend based on a telephone call

I been registered here for many years, and never once had an issue. been quite frequently recently for some private and some NHS work. The dentist and hygienist Ive had have been amazing and i couldn't fault them one bit! clearly very passionate about their work and it shows

I called them on a emergency for a my child and even thou the answer was not taking new patients completely dentist people only tooth not heart Horrible and unbelievable how people can be so mean after all we are living people have learnt nothing from it.

I have had top and bottom implants at this surgery, I would highly recommend this procedure. In my distant past, I could not enter a dental surgery, I was a total wreak, I had to be sedated to have any work including cleaning to actually get into a dental chair, that all changed when I started to go the this surgery. Everyone and I mean everyone are so kind and understanding, I was shaking like a leaf on my first visit, when I had teeth, but I was put at ease so quickly over the years, I finally decided to have implants, again this was a complete surprise to me, that I could do this, but the procedure itself was totally painless it is the best thing ever.

Everyone is so helpful and on hand if you have any problems, which I did not. Highly recommended, I have now got all my family and a couple of friends going here. If you are scared stiff of dental visits, this is highly recommended, just tell them you are nervous and they will take from there.
