Keval graduated from Bristol University in 1995 and after several years in a hospital career and thereafter in general practice, is now a principal dentist at this practice. Keval's philosophy as a dentist is to treat patients as you would expect to be treated yourself and his gentle and friendly approach is reassuring and calming, especially for those anxious about dental treatment.

The professionalism, expertise and exquisite craftsmanship I was able to enjoy during my treatment in the Teeth & Smiles Dental Clinic was second to none. The dentist involved me in every step of the planning, design and production of a new set of dentures, and carried out his work conscientiously, efficiently and on time. The result is perfect! Dr Sukhi Chohan has been my dentist for almost 5 years now and I couldn't be happier. She is outstanding - very professional, thorough and always makes sure you feel comfortable. Also, she answers all of my questions and is very informative - her valuable advice has been effective in how to take care of my teeth. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

My new dentist and hygienist are friendly and professional while receptionists are efficient but clearly lacks in compassion and customer service awareness. They really don't look happy sitting on the front desk. Poor thing! But I blame the owner for not teaching the gold standard that they are the faces representing the surgery. Still that's acceptable.
I can't give 5 stars because they are not truly honest about NHS service on their website and Social Media. They don't take on new NHS patients any longer and struck off any existing NHS patients who didn't make appointments in 18 months even in the middle of Pandemic lockdowns. This rule is ruthless and cruel to over 60's NHS patients (I am not one of them).
I know they are following all the other dentists in UK except a few national heroes, but since my neighbours who are their longtime NHS patients all recommended this surgery, I was disappointed. It's tough time so we cannot blame them for chasing profits over kindness, like many others including politicians nowadays.

One of the dentists cracked my mothers tooth and now she is too scared to go see a dentist even though she needs to. They really don't care about NHS patients. They have a new policy where if you are an NHS patient and you haven't seen them in 2 years, they won't see you. They will just tell you to find a new dentist. If you want to be a private patient however, they will happily book you an appointment. Profit over integrity.

I moved to this practice over a year ago and was delightfully surprised. I'd always been with private dentists thinking it was impossible to find an NHS practice. It was very easy and my dentist proved to be excellent, extremely professional and very kind and helpful. They take COVID very seriously but still are able to undertake a full service. I couldn't recommend them more.

In this dental practice generally the staff is great very welcoming and friendly and working hard under pressure with COVID -19 The Dentist Nikita Anannd was very nice and informative, because she made me feel right at home as if I was a friend. She provided excellent service and I will recommend to everyone and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs!
