I had a tooth extraction today. Dr. Emeli has a light touch. I didn't even feel that my 3 teeth has been extracted. It was quick. I was given instructions as well on what and what not to do while my gums are healing. My dentures was prepared beforehand, very nicely made. Over all, I am a happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Dr. Emeli and OraCare.

If you on NHS do not go there they will not scale and they will ask for an expensive treatment. I have seen Panariti and she is very dishonest. She thinks that you stupid and know nothing so she will just lie to you because you are not a dentist. She didn't want to replace my broken filling with white one saying that the white will cost me 160. then she say too much digging and want to do inlay for 500 bec it is covered as she say, then she did absolutely nothing just pressed my old filling and count it as white filling and charged for it. I asked if there is a shield during the xray, she said no its dangers makes more reflection of the xray!, not everyone is stupid to lie to them like this.

No client centric mindset at all - was sent away for being a few minutes late after paying 20 on a cab to make it on time to an appointment I have been trying to book for weeks, given my busy work schedule. I even called to warn them! Tried to explain this to the receptionist, couldn't care less. I am not rescheduling, sorry, you have lost a potential client.

Over many years, members of my family and I have relied on several very good dental practices in London, New York and Chicago. We all agree that Oracare Dental is by far the best practice we've experienced, for all sorts of reasons, including: excellent technical dentistry; reassuring personal attention; friendly and efficient appointment booking and follow up; and a warm and caring environment, starting and concluding with reception. A first class, patient-focussed practice.

The team are amazing from reception to Dentists and Nurses. Very professional and friendly team, who go out of their way to help you with whatever you need - I would definitely recommend! Just THE best Dental Practice in West London. All the staff from the receptionists to the dentists are professional, caring, kind, gentle and efficient, always offering a 1st class, up to date and on point service at every visit. Dr. Marwa, Marta the Hygienist, all the dental assistants and receptionists are warm and friendly and in my opinion, are a dream team. One visit and guaranteed you won't want to go anywhere else. I am thrilled with the service I've received so far at Oracare! Having neglected my teeth in recent years, I was somewhat apprehensive to start treatment with a new dentist. I shouldn't have worried! The care I've received so far has been first class! Melanie, the dental receptionist is lovely and always very warm and calming. My brilliant dentist Rabia is very warm and caring and thoroughly explains every step of my treatment on each visit.

Receptionists provide terrible service and are very rude and uneducated. Saw a similar comment by someone else posted and had to contribute. The receptionists are very rude, disorganised and do not like NHS patients in general. I would suggest to avoid oracare purely because of the receptionists. You will not be able to come up for follow ups because of the way you are treated. Very hostile and unwelcoming, and rude to say the least.

I had a a fantastic experience at oracare about a week ago now. I had two fillings to replace as they were loose. Dr Marwa was brilliant, she sorted out my appointments very quickly and gave me options to avoid a root canal which I really didn't want. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming too. Dr Marwa and her assistant made me feel welcome. I came with a very sore tooth situation and left feeling a million times better.

The reviews on this dental clinic are all purchased and non true. Only reality is that the receptionists (specifically an older lady) are very rude, the dental clinic isnt clean, and nhs patients are never welcomed clearly. Would give this clinic a miss

Changing GPs and Dentists can be annoying, but sometimes like today it was the best, , thank you Dentist wish i had found you years earlier. kind, considerate, informative, efficient and cheep.

Highly recommended -- The team is super competent, polite, and professional. And the whole practice, really, gives off a calming, friendly vibe.

I have visited many different dental hygienists over the years and Marta is simply the best bar none. What stands Marta apart is her attention to detail and superb quality and customer care she delivers. The quality of her work fills me with confidence to smile all the time!

Exceptionally professional and friendly service! I have been seeing Dr Ibtihaal Hussain for my treatments for over 2 years now and I can't recommend Oracare Dental enough. All the staff members are friendly and caring. I have always been kept fully informed about the treatments I require and everything is explained in detail. Always feel that I am in the safest of hands.

Oracare was recommended to me by a colleague, and I'm so glad to now have a regular practice. (I've been coming here for three or four years now.) The practice itself is immaculate and modern, and is well situated a short walk from High Street Kensington station. It's private, but they also offer NHS services, which is helpful if you want to mix and match private and subsidised treatments.

I used to go to my dentist in Asia, but hadn't gone back in a while. The first time I went to Oracare, it had been three years since my last dental check-up and I was very nervous. But Dr. Zainab made me feel incredibly at ease, particularly when I needed to have a root canal, which I'm happy to say was relatively painless! I've needed various treatments over the years but never felt that I was coerced into taking a particular, more expensive route. I also come here regularly for hygienist appointments (I recommend booking in advance, weekend appointments can fill up pretty quickly).
