Osborne Dental Practice

Found it good at the beginning, but after being treated as a "boutique client"( several treatments shown, ways to pay, etc)I looked for other dentist and explained what was happening and what I was advised. After all, nothing that I was told here was needed. I saw 2 dentists just to confirm that, because, off course, people can have different opinions.

Also had appointments canceled, without notice, just as I arrived at the practice, with a little baby, no apologies, just like that. The treatments (which I didn't need)offered were insanely expensive, and I felt, as an NHS patient, that the appointments I had were rushed. It looked like I wasn't a "good" enough patient, because the private treatments and their "easy payment" were always thrown my way. I felt this was an aggressive marketing. Really sorry, because I liked the clinic at the beginning.

Never had to wait long for my appointment once I've arrived and the reception staff are always polite and efficient. Andrew is affable, professional and takes the time to explain treatments and answer questions which is very important to me as I like to understand what is going on and how to maintain my dental health. I am confident in his skills and never apprehensive about visiting the dentist as I have been at some other dentists. Please don't stop doing NHS work as some other practices have done.

Very good experience. Had to have a crown removed and while the noise of the drill is always disturbing, Dr Michael was very gentle and reassuring. The procedure was truly painless. Also had a nice chat about sport, which is always relaxing.

Pleasant welcome at reception, a short wait before I was escorted into the surgery for my appointment. My dentist welcoming and very easy to talk to, giving me a thorough examination followed by an explanation of how to manage my dental hygiene over the next three months. Excellent.

Following two terrible experiences with a previous dentist I have been left with terrible anxiety solely around this. A broken tooth spured me to final join a waiting list but also be informed that I could book an emergency appointment by ringing the next day. A very helpful receptionist took my details and was able to give me an appointment that same day.

The anxiety I felt was slowly dissipated from the polite and helpful receptionist to the lovely dental assistant who came to collect me from the waiting room (Maria I think ). My dentist was Farnam, OMG what an absolute gem he immediately made me feel calm and reassured, he was kind and understanding and the best thing I didn't feel a thing. Excellent experience, fabulous staff at all levels. Thank you

Although a routine check-up, Gulshan was extremely thorough and took time to explain the current condition of my teeth and any issues that I needed to be aware of going forward. I found her very reassuring. All members of staff from check-in to chair are pleasant, polite and extremely professional.

I can't fault this dentist, Gulshan is the best! I always feel at ease and in safe hands. My hygienist appointment with Zaakia today was absolutely brilliant! Super friendly and informative. Reception team are also very helpful. High standards all round.

Professional staff, very friendly and nice. I.m very satisfied with their services. Dr Diane is very sweet, polite and will explain everything regarding the condition of your teeth in a very professional and easy way to understand. I highly recommend the clinic.

An amazing experience and excellent results from Gulshan in the Jesmond practice. she's fantastic a very proffeisonal dentist caring, gentle making me feel very at ease. Being a CRPS patient terrified of needles and being in pain 247 with my health condition. My teeth are a transformation Gulshan has done wonders with them. I also visited Samantha the hygienist she is so gentle and very proffeisonal, caring and does a fantastic job of cleaning your teeth.

The practice is spotless with high end equipment. All of the reception staff are very professional well trained in customer care and very orginised. I recommend this dental practice 100%. It's the best in the North East. A huge thank you to everyone that I have had the pleasure of being treated by. So looking forward to my next visit

Mixed experience. I had to go private as I couldn't get an nhs appointment. The dentist only looked at the complaint I came in with and i didn't even receive a full check up which was dissapointing considering how much money I paid. Professional and nice practice however.

Wonderful dentist. They were easy to get an early appointment with. I was seen by Dr Diane who was so sweet, and gave me very good education on maintaining oral hygeine. They also have a nice program where you can pay monthly for 2 dentist and 2 hygeinist appointments per year, which is a lot better than paying in one go! Definitely recommend.

Hygienist appointment. I am a very nervous patient, and Samantha puts me at ease. My teeth and gums have improved greatly in the last 2 plus years since having hygiene appointments.

I am really pleased with my treatment, as for long time I believed that I will never have a nice smile and Doctor Gulshan proved me different. Worked really hard on my whitening process and now on replacing crowns that are very difficult to be replaced. Those crowns were supposed to make my smile way much nicer but wasn't possible because I was in danger on loosing two front teeth and now is possible, I truly am over the moon.

I know I can go to the dentist with trust. Many thanks and definitely put a smile on my face! Many thanks to the Dental Nurse that is working along with Doctor Gulshan as she is very nice to me all the time. The reception team is very intuitive and helpful, thank you very much!

Excellent service. Very high level care. Waiting time was only about 10 minutes. The Dentist made me feel quite at ease, explaining, in detail, what work needed to be done in the next appointments that have been arranged. I highly recommend their service, especially for Seniors.

The new online portal appears easy to use. The team at reception are always polite and nice. Micheal the dentist and his assistant are great always helpful and give good informative advice on dental issues. Any work I get done is to the highest standards. All in all I can fully recommend this practice.

Andrew Marr is such a lovely and patient dentist. I have dental anxiety and in all my appointments he always explains what he's going to do and gives you time if you need it. I've had a filling and I felt absolutely nothing and actually felt relatively relaxed which has never happened before. Everyone at the practice is professional and kind. Can't fault them

As a nervous patient i have a hard time visiting but your dentist Stephen Ward is so Awesome. He takes time to explain exactly whats going on and is incredibly patient. I recently hosted a Masquerade Ball in Aid of the Mental Health Charity Mind and I was in contact with two of the staff members, who was so helpful! They kindly donated a lovely raffle prize towards to Ball! All the staff are great and the place is fab!

I recently had some dental work done at Honour Health. I started with a normal check up then underwent the take home teeth whitening process. I was extremely happy with the results of the whitening and once this was complete I had a total of 6 composite veneers fitted. For all of my appointments my Dentist was David and the Dental Nurse was. Carmel.

I cannot stress how great they both were. They were professional, extremely friendly and very helpful, keeping me well informed about the whole process. I am absolutely thrilled with the results of the work done to my teeth and based on the exceptional service I received from David, Carmel and everyone else, I would definitely recommend Honour Health to friends and family. Needless to say I will be using Honour Health for all of my dental requirements going forward.

Having avoided the dentist for more years than I care to admit to due to a very bad past experience and a fear off the scale of reality the pain of toothache made me go! I was recommended to this place, Beyond petrified I was welcomed by very friendly reassuring staff, my dentist Stephen was incredible he talked through everything and was very reassuring, safe to say I will feel a little less petrified on my next visit, thank you Stephen have a fantastic wedding!
