Margaret the receptionist was excellent - friendly and explained where I had to go I was dealt with professionally and courteously at all times by Rob who always explained in advance what he was going to do so that I understood what has happening. Potential solutions/future courses of treatment explained if needed. X-rays were taken and he came to tell me within minutes that all was ok.

I have seen Caroline the hygienist for many years. She is excellent and also explains what she is doing. She has a great manner and as a result of her guidance I feel that my regular daily cleaning actions have improved over the years which in turn means that my teeth are maintained correctly I have been a patient at this practice now for over 35 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

So lovely really nice practice. Rob is always friendly and explains things well. Custom bite guard is great really reccommend this practice.

Calm and lovely dentistry. Paul was great with me (lifelong fear of dentistry) and my 2 year old boy.

Incompetent. Was seen by 25 yr old dentist who seemed fresh out of training, she made mistakes 4 times [ whilst dictating to her assistants what tooth needed to be treated] and didn't even treat me for what I needed in the first place which is an emergency for tooth pain that has given me headaches and sore throats on top of palpitations for many weeks now, she didn't follow the proper procedures. Every time my daughter gets treated here she only gets more problems and refuses to go anymore. I will just go the dental hospital from now on.

Met my new dentist Kerry today following the retirement of Mr Davidson. She introduced herself, explained everything she was doing and put me completely at ease. Made a point of asking if I had any problems or questions and supplied information and advice accordingly. Very happy with my new dentist.

Can't rate highly enough. Saw me as an emergency patient with a tooth abscess. Sorted me out in no time and with no pain from a tooth extraction. Thank you! Excellent service.

Been with this practice for many years now and can't recommend them highly enough. They discuss all aspects of your oral health and provide a plan and costing of any treatment. The practice is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and put you at ease. Calm and gentle dentistry at it's finest.

Staff across the board are friendly, helpful and professional. Appointments are always on time. Advice is always sound.

Practice was closed for the weekend, and I called the emergency out of hours number at 8:06 on a Saturday morning and left a message alluding to my problem asking for help. I had a call back by 8:45 and was in the dentist's chair at 10:15. Absolutely fantastic - how can you beat that?

For anybody that’s is worried about visiting WDP after lockdown . I have been a patient for over 10 years. Andrew my dentist and Julie his assistant with a service and a smile 😊 this has been faultless. I cracked a crown in feb and was seen as soon as they could get me in. I have a temp filler put in . Then lockdown happened I knew like everyone I would have to wait.

But I was also fully confident if I had any problems they were always on had for advice if I needed it . Yesterday was first visit back. I was quite apprehensive on what to expect. When I walked through the door my mind was put as rest I was greeted by the lovely Margaret. I didn’t even notice the screen because of her warm welcome and her as always beaming smile .

I didn’t have to wait Long before being called by Julie through. Yes I was shocked to seem them both in all there full PPE. This is for a reason to protect ME and THEM. My appointment was a long one and everything as always was explained. Remember this it’s still them behind the masks our friendly dentist. I can assure u it’s as hard for them as it is for us. So thank you WDP your doing a wonderful job as always. I commend you and your services. And above all your amazing professional friendly staff.

I have to say that I find the service given by Mr Dixon and his staff to be first class, my treatment was prompt and friendly. I needed a filling and it was done quickly and painlessly that same morning, an excellent service, by a real professional. Thank You

I would like to describe how the process of having an implant fitted took place and more importantly the quality and care which was taken during the process. I needed an extraction of a broken tooth and this was done without any pain or discomfort and felt quite effortless. The process of screwing the implant into position required surgical work which again was carried out with the upmost care and attention and absolutely painlessly.

The fitting of the new implant was done to a fine precision and every care was taken to ensure the fit was perfect. At all times during this process Andrew Dixon took time to explain what and how things were to be done and was reassuring that things were progressing well. His care and attention together with his skill and professionalism have resulted in what I can only describe as a perfect finish.

Everyone Makes You Feel So Comfortable And At Ease" The customer service here is second to non everyone makes you feel so comfortable and at ease they go out of their way for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatment, I'm very grateful to all here, thanks.
