I had the best 18months with Dr Charlene at winning smiles! She was always so positive and very efficient, I'll never forget when she came to work despite having a broken toe. real dedicated and pleasant to have on my braces journey.

I've have had bad experience of dentist's in the past and haven't been able to get to one for 15 year's, but Andrew fennel put my feelings and preferences first. The man actually listens to you and fives amazing advice and is really all about the patient and what you want from him. Amazing is my smile lol and my husband is about to take his journey, especially after seeing how great winning smiles has been to me, I am the most nervous patient in the world but Andrew put me at ease and worked at my pace to give my my lovely smile. I would definitely recommend winning smiles for anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist 5 star rating.

I was extremely nervous of the dentist after having a tooth extraction that went wrong last year (with another dentist). Winning Smiles was recommended to me by a friend who was very pleased with some implants she had. Dr Andrew Fennell was understanding when I told him how scared I was and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The thought of a bone graft and implant was terrifying - but thanks to Andrew and his staff who are all calm, patient and professional I now have a new implant which I am very pleased with, my gums are in a much better state thanks to Holly the hygienist and I felt confident enough to ask about some further treatment which I never thought would be the case. I can smile again now without an ugly gap and would recommend Winning Smiles.

I did not want porcelain veneers fitted so enquired about composite ones. Not knowing what it entailed I got in touch with Toni at Winning Smiles who explained the procedure and was always contactable if I needed any information. I was in the chair for roughly 2 and a half hours and Jamie the dentist explained throughout the procedure what he was doing next. Afterwards I have a perfect set of teeth which gives me much more confidence. It was money well spent. Winning Smiles were from start to finnish 5star.

I had avoided the dentist for a number of years due to previous bad experiences with the NHS. I gave Winning Smiles a go after seeing great reviews, so glad I did! My treatment over the last 11 months included: fillings, root canal, cyst removal and implant, the whole process was absolutely seamless, no pain whatsoever (the dental wand really is pain free!), I was so relaxed during a 2 hour appointment that I almost fell asleep!

Can't thank Andrew and team enough, very friendly and professional with exceptional service, I will definitely continue to make the 100 mile round trip for future visits, highly recommended.

I had opted to have ceramic braces to help correct a molar tooth that didn't bite my bottom molar & a dental implant to replace a missing tooth. Would like to say a massive thank you to Charlene for all of your help for the past 1 year and 3 months with my orthodontics work! And a massive thank you to Andrew for your help with my dental implant. The level of professionalism is exceptional, I feel as though I've been very well informed of procedures and aftercare at very stage of this rather lengthy process. Overall, Winning smiles is a very professional and welcoming dentist, receptionist staff are also just as lovely and helpful.

I cannot thank the team at winning smiles enough. They were top class from start to finish. Toni was fantastic and Jamie (dentist) was simply amazing. I am thrilled with my teeth and I wanted to say a huge THANKYOU to everyone involved. Andrew looked after me from start to finish. Always professional and kept me reassured. Final result on my implant was fantastic. No more denture, sterilisers and forgetting to put it in and where I have left it. No more taking out for eating. It takes time but it's ultimately worth it. thx Andrew Awesome Highly recommend

Just a quick review to say thank you to Dr J Nelson for the Veneer treatment. He was professional and considerate throughout the treatment and the process was made quick and easy for me. Being a front line nurse I became very conscious about my smile and looked online for dentists that were doing this treatment during the pandemic. Unfortunately my local dentists were all offering emergency only and I was quite happy when I stumbled across the clinic online. Defo made a good choice! I will be back for follow up and some other work that I need done.

My very first consultation at this surgery was with Andrew and I knew straight away that I was in great hands! I have recently just had my braces removed and I would like to say Thank you so much to Charlene who straightened my smile and gave me the confidence to now smile with my teeth again! The whole team at this surgery are so welcoming and friendly especially Denise on reception!

I would definitely recommend this dental surgery to anyone, especially if you get nervous visiting the dentist. I was always put at ease, being pretty nervous myself and appointments never felt rushed. Amazing team!
