A more conservative option than crowns, to rebuild badlydamaged or weakened teeth. A custom-made solution which covers the fragile partof the tooth and gives you confidence to bite on the tooth. Using high magnification, the latest drill technology, 3D scanning and the latest techniques, our team will prepare your tooth carefully and conservatively so that it can be covered by a custom-made prosthesis, which is built to last.
A fixed solution to strengthen teeth which are heavily filled or to replace a missing tooth using adjacent teeth as supports. Crown - your tooth is heavily compromised and needs a protective custom-made tooth that fits over it like a glove, to keep the tooth together. Bridgework - alternative fixed solution to implants if you have suitable adjacent teeth available, for support.
Tooth coloured fillings which emulate nature. Placed safely using stringent protocols, the finest materials and finished meticulously under magnification. Historically mercury/silver amalgam filling materials have been used to restore decayed (infected) teeth. Not only do these look unsightly but they need to be wedged into healthy tooth structure, which may result in the creation of stress cracks in these teeth.
When a tooth is exposed to decay, infection or dental trauma the living tissue inside it is no longer able to regulate naturally occurring bacteria. This bacteria grows and causes inflammation and infection. During the phase that the living tissue dies this can often be very painful. If the tissue inside a tooth has died there are only two ways to manage the problem and each involve removing the dead tissue inside. If the tooth is reparable then it would be best to restore it - and this means removing only the dead tissue.

It has been a long journey, a little short of 15 months since I first met with Neeraj at Integrated Dentalcare to discuss the benefit of implants. I was not completely sold on the idea but the prospect of replacing two missing teeth and improving a poor bite was worth the journey. Neeraj was very good at explaining what would be needed and reassuring.
In fact as my missing teeth had been missing for some time I needed the full surgery treatment in stages to make the implants successful. This included a bone graft on the upper jaw, a sinus lift to create space and a soft tissue graft to rebuild the gum line. I know that all sounds horrendous but it was all well planned and Neeraj and his team were very caring throughou to optimise the surgery. Neeraj made sure I knew what was happening at all times, was reassuring about the less comfortable steps and was realistic about recovery times between the different stages of the treatment.
I have just had the new teeth fitted and it has already made a huge improvement to my eating and smile. My sincere thanks to Neeraj and his team for the care and consideration guiding me through these treatments. I would highly recommend consulting with Neeraj about reconstructive dental care.

For many years I have known about the negative health implications of having mercury in my dental fillings and have been looking for a mercury free dental practice. I was very nervous about the procedure of removing the fillings but I need not have worried. Neeraj and his lovely team put me at my ease and my nervousness turned to confidence with each appointment.
I never felt rushed and was able to ask as many questions as I liked. The amount of care and skill has been outstanding. I now have beautiful white fillings which match my teeth perfectly and I now feel confident to be able to smile again. Thank you to everyone. Sue

I received dental implants from Neeraj and his team and they're absolutely perfect! I can't rate my experience highly enough. Neeraj is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. I also had some work done by Allan who did a great job too. The practice is clean and welcoming and the reception staff are super nice. Overall I'm really happy with every step of the process and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome! The staff at Integrated Dentalcare are very welcoming, friendly and professional! I first came to the practice on a recommendation from my dad for a problem with my wisdom teeth. Neeraj and his team immediately put me at ease and explained what would need to be done and put a dental plan in place, solving the problem and relieving the pain. Since this successful treatment, I have attended 6 monthly dental hyenine appointments.
I can't fault the care and attention at every appointment. Neeraj and Sophie are always professional and always make you feel at ease when you arrive and throughout the appointment. The new machine used during my recent hygiene appointment made the experience even better and and was a much more gentle approach to cleaning your teeth! Integrated Dental Care kindly agreed to undertake routine hygienist care at a time when my previous dentist was unable to offer such a service. I was very impressed with their procedures to keep us both safe and just as importantly, Sophie's work was first class. I decided to move completely to Integrated and have recently met with Neeraj for an initial appointment followed by some work which he recommended. Again, very happy with the experience and that I am having two very short follow up sessions to check that all is well. I would certainly recommend Integrated (and the whole team) on the basis of my own experince, although my wife has been going for several years and is equally happy.

Integrated Dental Practice and Neeraj were recommended to me by a friend. On my first visit I was most impressed with the friendliness of everyone and was made to feel very welcome. After my initial consultation with Neeraj he explained to me that my teeth required extensive treatment. In great detail he explained all the processes that would be undertaken and the timescale of the treatment.
