My experience of London Smiling has been wonderful and Dr. Uchenna is absolutely amazing. She really is the 'tooth fairy'! If you are thinking of having treatment, don't delay. I wish I had done so years ago, but I didn't know about Dr. U. From your very first consultation appointment, right through to your final treatment, you will be in excellent hands. I can't praise London Smiling and Dr. U highly enough.

I have been a patient of this practice since they opened many years ago. I had a smile make over 14 years ago and have never looked back. The care provided by the team headed by Dr Okoye is second to none. I willing go to the dentist and hygienist because I have always had the best care. I feel valued and cared for and because of the amazing make over I look years younger than my real age. I would always highly recommend this surgery where pain free dentistry is very much the order of the day. Thanks for looking after me.

I'm usually really nervous about going to the dentist but decided to take the bull by the horns after doing some research into London Smiling. Uchenna and her team are absolutely fantastic. You're immediately put at ease and everyone is kind, extremely knowledgeable and good humoured. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I bought the whitening toothpaste and stick. I used only the whitening toothpaste for 1 month. After taking before/ after pictures, there was absolutely no difference. The following month, I used the toothpaste along with the stick as per instructions. After the 2nd month I took another picture and again, absolutely no difference. I contacted London Smiling to get a refund and was completely ignored.

This is absolutely disgraceful behaviour and is fraudulent. They are selling goods reporting to whiten teeth when they don't do it. Not to mention that I paid over 40. I'm absolutely furious and can't believe they have such good reviews.

I cannot recommend highly enough! After many years of dental procedure phobia, everyone has been so patient and kind that finally I can have the smile I've longed for! Thank you to everyone. If you want top rated dental work along with 5 star care this is the place for you.

2 minutes ago I have never set foot in a dental practice and felt so welcome and in safe hands. Precautions taken with regards to Covid have been reassuring and the treatment has been gentle, no pain. This has left me looking forward to my next visit (which is first! ) when my temporary vaneers are replaced with the permanent ones. Going by the standard of the temporary ones they will look amazing!

Thank you so much Dr Uchenna for putting a beautiful smile back on my face and making that smile one I only ever dreamed of having. Teeth are complete and I am so happy with the result. Such an amazing dentist and nothing but perfection will do for her.

I have never written a review before but after reading the last review I felt I had to. I had an initial consultation 13 weeks ago with Dr Uchenna paying a large sum if money for me for a consultation and x rays. Weeks went on I heard nothing I e mailed no reply. A few weeks after I rang and was advised yes it can take a while as Dr uchenna often discuses with other dentists the best treatment plan. Weeks passed again until last week received an e mail saying we haven't forgotten you and that you should hear from us in a week.

Still nothing. Clients should not be given consultations if follow up treatment cannot be provided within an acceptable time frame. Clients having to chase progress is also not acceptable and very unprofessional. It takes very little effort to respectably communicate with a paying client. Even if I hear shortly from the clinic my faith in investing any more has gone and wish to advise others that this is what they may experience

I had a great experience in my consultation and since then bad. Been waiting 5 weeks for a quote to come through. No one calls me back and I have called 3 times. I'm really upset as was looking forward to having work done here. So disappointed

Fabulous dental surgery. Everyone is genuinely friendly. Dr Uchenna is honest about her findings and I always look forward to my appointments. I travel for an hour, driving past my local dentist because I believe the way I feel is more important than distance. Five Stars All Round!

Friendly and helpful from the start of my booking. The team are warm and welcoming at the Goodge street practice which is where I went for my consultation. Dr Okoye has state of the art machinery that gave a thorough analysis of what was going on in my mouth. Zoom follow up and then another check in to make sure I'd received the report. Highly recommend if you want a professional friendly and calming experience.

I had the best experience with Dr uchenna. For a long time I had issues with my teeth. She made me feel very welcome and at ease. And my results after she had finished where amazing am so happy don't stop smiling. Thank you so much x

Fantastic service from start to finish. I have been visiting the practice for over 10 years. Uchenna is a master in her trade, so much so I travel from the North to the South for appointments. After previously having bad experiences with other dentists, anxiety was always an issue. Uchenna's warm friendly approach and her expert knowledge, has corrected this and I can honestly say it's a pleasure to visit the practice.

In a bizarre way, I look forward my dentist trips and enjoy the capital at the same time. She has completed such amazing work on myself, I would highly recommend her practice.

Had my teeth whitened at London Smiling in the surgery. The process was carried out by Dr Uchenna Okoye. I am very pleased with the result and the price. I also received a mould and whitening gel to carry on at home. Highly recommend this Dental Practice.

I have recently had a lot of dentistry work done and as someone who is terrified of the dentist I could not recommend Dr Uchenna any more highly. She made me feel comfortable, safe and absolutely confident that she would look after me. I spent 7 hours in the chair and it didn't hurt a bit. I'm now 100% happy to smile again and it's all down to Dr Uchenna. Having a new smile has genuinely changed my life.

Excellent is the word! Good value for money. I was quite satisfied with the outcome. Friendly staff and "cool " environment. My first time to try "posh" and I was not disappointed.

Great place for cosmetic dentistry, excellent service from start to finish. Was made to feel welcome and many of my fears about going to the dentist were alleviated.

I consulted Dr Okoye as I wanted to have my veneers replaced. I was familiar with her because of her television appearances, frequent recommendations in glossy magazines and enthusiastic 5 star Google reviews, some of which now seem to have been removed. My initial consultation went well. While she was 40 minutes late seeing me, I was none the less impressed by her friendly manner and can-do approach.

I had several more appointments, during which x-rays were taken. I began to get concerned when she would not give me any rough estimate for replacing my veneers. I was 4,000 down before she would give me an idea of the cost and the figure she quoted of over 40,000 for replacing 8 crowns or so, was just ridiculous. It was my feeling that after spending so much money, Dr Okoye thought I would continue with my treatment. However, after visiting my usual dentist who convinced me that this sum was ridiculous (he has no vested interest as he about to retire and does not specialise in cosmetic work) I decided to pull out of the rest of my treatment.

I was also concerned that in Dr Okoye's energetic magazine PR she promotes her practice extensively as a 'spa', but this seems to amount to a choice of lip balms offered when in the chair and nothing else. I am now being successfully treated by Dr Adam Slade, who gave me a rough idea of what I would need to spend on my first visit. He suggested that as Dr Okoye had already taken extensive x-rays that I should ask her to send them to him so that he did not have to replicate them.

I phoned and emailed Dr Okoye's surgery on 6 occasions but they refused to send my x-rays to Dr Slade's surgery. Consequently, I had to have more unnecessary and expensive x-rays taken. I would advise anyone to avoid my mistakes and not be taken in by Dr Okoye's big PR campaigns and television appearances. The best practitioners often prefer to stay below the radar anyway. Dr Okoye does good work but always having to wait 40 minutes or more for my appointment, the lack of co-operation about sharing my x-rays (I paid for them so legally they do belong to me), the massive expense and pointless PR just really upset me. I wanted to share my disappointing experience so others do not suffer the same expensive and time-consuming fate.
