Coach House Dental Practice

Our family have been attending The Coach House Dental Practice for more than 30 years. We have always received a truly first class professional and excellent service from them with regard to treatment and everything else.

As a very nervous patient who had put off going to the dentist for far too many years, I booked an initial examination appt with Dr Sara. From the very first moment I stepped into the room, I was made to feel at ease. Dr Sara is kind, patient, reassuring, explaining what would happen at every stage. I have had very bad experiences with dentists in the past, but this appt with Dr Sara was nothing like those experiences.

I needed a lot of work to be done, and I felt totally comfortable with everything that was done. I had 6 extractions done in one sitting, Dr Sara was just amazing with me during my appt. I have no hesitation in going back for future appointments or recommending Dr Sara, she really is an amazing dentist.

I cannot recommend this dental practice enough! Always so friendly both over the phone and in person, Daniel is a fantastic dentist who puts time and effort into dental procedures - for example making a filling I had done look as realistic and feeling as natural as possible. The hygienist is brilliant also taking the time to explain everything being done and sharing advice. Moving to this practice was the best thing I have done!

Excellent, understanding service provided by the dental practitioners. First class specialist services. Easy to book appointments through web or telephone with little wait time.

I highly recommend The Coach House. The staff at reception are always friendly, caring and make you feel welcome. I have had a lot of dental work carried out recently and Mr Millhouse and his team have been brilliant.

This practice is truly exceptional. The service from every single member of staff is considered and personal. I have a bit of a fear of dentists and Mr Davidson is very gentle and talks me through each and every stage which has put me to such ease that after just 2 years, my fear has almost gone. Nicole, my hygienist is excellent. Again, very gentle and talks through her work and great at advising on how to care for your teeth at home.

All the staff are friendly and always happy which makes for a great atmosphere. As I said initially.truly exceptional. And this comes from a former dentist's daughter who thought no-one was better than her Dad or his Practice Team!

Couch House Dental Practice are great. All staff are lovely and eager to help and support you. I am able to see the same dentist each time for continuity of care and Nicole, dental hygienist, is so lovely and really puts you at ease.

I've been dealt a pretty bad hand when it comes to luck with teeth and I've really had it all. The coach house team have done implants, multiple hygeniest sessions a year, major surgery, a root canal. And probably more I've tried to forget. I know some people have referenced pricing and while I agree, I feel like it's money well spent. I absolutely trust the team here. Always a friendly team from reception to those with their hands in my mouth!

I've been a patient of coach house dental since December 2017 and I can't recommend them enough. I recently had a filling with my new dentist Daniel and he was very professional and made me feel relaxed during the procedure due to his skill and understanding nature. I am a nervous dental patient and during my treatment, I felt calm and relaxed as Daniel talked me through each step of the procedure which was swift and painless. Even the injection to numb my gum was painless. If you are afraid of the dentist and want a highly skilled dentist, I cannot recommend Coach House and Daniel enough.

I have been a patient at Coach House for many years. The dental treatment I receive is brilliant, very professional and any problems are dealt with quickly. This week they went over and above for me, contacting me at 8pm letting me know they could fit me in the next day for a wisdom tooth removal. I was nervous and I was put at ease by Dr Claire Millhouse. I can wholeheartedly recommend the whole team at Coach House.

Excellent dental services provided by this practice. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Kind staff and very welcoming. They always explain what they are going to do and why. Brilliant for nervous patients.

Having foolishly neglected my teeth when I was young, I’ve had quite a bit of work done at the Coach House. Jessica Park is extremely capable and professional. She always tells me what she’s going to do and keeps checking that I’m OK. Grecia, my hygienist, is also really helpful and friendly. I’ve learnt a lot about caring for my teeth from both of them. Reception is a very pleasant area and currently the whole practice has a high level of COVID security.

The Practice Plan covers half yearly checkups and hygiene plus discounted treatment for reasonable monthly direct debit. As Pam Ayres wrote “Oh I wish I’d looked arfter me teeth” but I didn’t, and am now very glad I found the Coach House!

Friendly. professional and caring - totally dedicated to the welfare of their patients. If you are nervous or phobic of going to the dentist they look after you completely and with compassion. I moved to Cornwall but still travel back to Coach House because they are so good and I don't trust any other dental practice to look after me they way they do.

I used to be a patient of Mrs Millhouse in her previous practice and followed her here. She has excellent communication skills, a lovely manner and encourages relaxation at what may be a nervous time. We are pleased with the new practice, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities appear good and appointments are easy to make. We would, and have, recommended it to others.
