What a fab dentist experience! I felt so comfortable and at ease, as I had not really experienced this before! Went with a second opinion in mind, and ended up wanting to change my current dentist! Besides great dental attention, reception ladies were extremely friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble! Would recommend anyone with doubts to visit this practice.

From start to finish Sandeep was great! 18 months I've felt in safe hands and would highly recommended. Every member of staff is friendly and polite. Thanks again and see you all for regular check ups

Today I went for my hygiene appointment at #confidentalsmiles. My hygienist was Melissa and the nurse was Bim. Melissa explained everything as she went along and made me feel comfortable. She worked carefully and didn't hurt me. Usually I'm a very nervous patient, but it seems I've found my dental match! Thank you Confidental

I went to see Deepak starting in February and he made an achy tooth feel better from that first meeting. Pain rooted from a cracked tooth from deep within. I'd been a few times more after that for a filling and a crown to save my tooth. I liked how he explained each process and even showed how the crown was made. Every visit was pleasant, thorough and comfortable, with each question addressed and advice given. Thank you again, Deepak and the rest of your wonderful, caring team!

I had the most awful toothache, and tried a few dentists more local to me, but could not get an appointment til March, however when I called Confidental, they got me an appointment that evening, the staff were really helpful and when I saw the dentist he put me at ease and done everything possible to get my situation resolved on the day, unfortunately that was not possible so he sent me away with antibiotics and made an appt for me to come back a few days later.

I went back and within 30 minutes I was completely pain free. I would definitely recommend this dentist to any one that is looking for a dentist or wanting to change from their current one.

I have had appointments with Bali and Sandeep. Both dentists are excellent, taking time to explain what options are available. The nurses are friendly and always call you in with a friendly smile and comforting words, great if you're a nervous patient! Both dentists answer all questions completely, giving you time to make any decisions required! I have complete confidence in the dental care that they provide and would highly recommend Confidential!

I have been using this practice for several years now. Everything I have had done has been 1st class and the whole team are excellent from the receptionists, nurses, hygienists and dentists. Recently had an old amalgam filling removed and the cracked tooth refilled. The whole procedure was completed without the slightest pain and I now have a lovely white tooth, thanks to Deepak.

It's always a pleasure to visit the practice and I've never been worried about having anything done as I have never felt any pain with any of the procedures. Highly recommended.

The best place to go when only the best is Good enough. The bite on the temporary dentures is perfect I am finding it hard to recognise my self with these because I had my eye teeth cut out of the roof of my mouth when I was 14 and it did give my mouth a different appearance, also I hate dentures. I do realise my mouth has changed a lot in the last 5 years. Confidential always produce the highest quality work & I am confident the end result will be 100% Work going on well, pleased. Set back, two implants failed & temporary teeth plate broken.

Absolutely the best! Really friendly and always excellent service. Both Sandeep and Deepak are brilliant dentists. Oh, and the artwork in the waiting room is pretty cool too!

I had an infected wisdom tooth extracted by Bali on Tuesday and I can HONESTLY say that I've never experienced such a wonderful dentist in all my years! She was so professional yet friendly too.she did everything make me feel comfortable and not anxious at all! I would have no hesitation in recommending her and the practice to anyone needing dental assistance. Top marks folks at Confidental!

Always excellent- reception staff are always helpful and couldn't do more to welcome you. The dental hygienist is very thorough, and never causes you pain. Advice to help you keep your teeth as clean as possible is given if necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice, and I have been going there for many years.

Joined a couple of months ago as our local NHS dentist had gone down hill so much that it wasn't worth going. My dental surgery with Deepak was brilliant, he picked up on things our other dentist hadn't and carried out my work with great care and attention after I told him of my fear of dentistry. He listened to my concerns and was so gentle and explained each step as I asked him to do.

I visited Ellen today for my hygienist appointment which I have always tried to avoid like the plague! She was amazing. I explained my sensitivity concerns and she was so lovely and gentle. It was the best hygienist appointment I've ever had, and the first time ever I have left not worrying about the next one. Highly recommend.

I'm a very nervous paitent and they fitted me in emergency dental treatment had to have two teeth out as they was badly infected, they made feel very comfortable and calm, would recommend it, a warm welcome from reception staff

Pro's: The people are nice and very professional. The hygienist was very thorough and gentle. Con's: They had the air conditioner on in November and said it's because they're too hot with wearing all the PPE. I was shivering, then had tremors, and my temperature fell to low hypothermia. Not good! I did mention I was too cold. The hygienist then turned the a/c off.

But since I can't regulate my body temperature properly, I still was tremoring. They should have recognized this since I had to list Dysautonomia on my medical history with them.

I phoned Confidental on Monday morning with bad toothache and got an emergency appointment before lunch. As this needed further treatment and there were no available appointments all week, Deepak and his assistant kindly offered to stay on after hours to treat my infected tooth. I was most impressed with this service and very grateful.

I have been going to the practice for over 6 months now and every visit is smooth, personal and nothing is too much trouble. The reminder services, welcome/processing post appointment with the reception team is always a pleasure. Sandeep is very communicative, explains what is happening and why, gets to know you as a person not just a patient and is a huge credit to the profession. If I could rate the team more than 5 starts then I would not hesitate to. I would highly recommend Confidental Dental Practice.

Before coming to Confidental, I was terrified of the dentist and only ever went if I was in pain. A much needed tooth extraction forced me to attend a few months ago and it was the most life changing experience - zero pain and the most kind and patient dentist and dental nurse. I cannot thank Dr Vishal and Eve enough for giving me such a positive experience that changed the way I feel about visiting the dentist.

I have since had other work done which has been just as positive and am now having my teeth straightened, something I had wanted for years but never thought possible due to my fear.

The staff at Confidental are absolutely wonderful. I was warmly welcomed at the door by one of the cheery ladies who checked me in. She knew my name which was a really nice personal touch. COVID protocols were reassuring and straightforward. Going to the dentist is never fun, but Sandeep and the team are incredibly supportive and always manage to put me at ease - no mean feat!

Everything was explained to me really clearly beforehand and Sandeep did a fantastic job as always. Thanks to Confidental I have finally managed to overcome a crippling dental phobia which has affected me for years. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone with a fear of going to the dentist.

I've been going here since 1985, Always a warm friendly welcome. Only good things to say, Amazing service when they fitted me in at short notice to repair a broken tooth, crown made on site and fitted within a couple of hours. So impressed !

Deepak looks after our whole family! Two of us had quite the fear of the dentist but that has been eradicated by Deepak and his team. Kind, calming and knowledgable... we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I dispute the over charging comments - never ever had that in over 5 years.

I have been using Confidental for a year or so, but particularly after my last hygienist appointment I felt I needed to comment on how amazing this team really is. I had to bring my two young children in, as I was let down by a minder last minute. All the staff were so professional and forgiving. One of the reception staff came in and took the children away to play further without distracting the hygienist.

went in Saturday lunchtime with an abscess and badly swollen face - confidential were amazing saw me straight away and gave me some antibiotics will never go anywhere else had just tried nightingale up the road and receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and said ring 111 - thanks for that !!
