Very bad experience today! I had an appointment booked for my 5 y old son, travelled an hour with him and a baby and upon arrival been told we will have to wait for 10 minutes.then 10 more.then 10 more. When asked what was happening, because I didn't see anyone else came after us, the receptionist told me that the family of four is with the nurse (did they book one slot for 4 people?!).I asked again if she could check with the nurse, and again got the answer 10 minutes.

We waited for 10 more minutes and nothing happend ofcourse.50 minutes of waiting! Obviously, they weren't telling the truth since the beginning and left me and two small kids to wait for so long. Also, a few months ago I booked an appointment for myself (over the phone) and on the day when I came, they said they don't have me in the system but luckily the nurse was there so she could help me. I am not giving the third chance to this clinic!

I had a specific question about my travel vaccination and they put in extra effort to find and message a doctor to get the answer for me. I felt a little lightheaded after my jab (needle phobia) and the nurse who administered it was so kind and patient, offering me a snack and water. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I thoroughly recommend this clinic. I wanted to have a vaccination for shingles. This clinic offers the Shingrix vaccine, far better than the normal one offered by the NHS which is Zostavax. Although it is expensive, having seen the effects of shingles on friends, it is very much worth the expense as an insurance measure. The service was exceptional.

Everybody I met was polite, friendly, easy to understand. The process was clearly explained and the vaccination professionally given. I would return if I ever needed another vaccination or other service.

The nurse was extremely professional and I was happy with the service; also grateful for the fact that you squeezed me in so quickly! I had a problem with payment that was resolved incredibly fast- many thanks to the practice manager and receptionist for their help with this

I took my twins here today, for their influenza vaccine. Staff, especially Kayla, very helpful and caring, went out of their way to ensure we were all comfortable. I was seen on time, all staff were wearing masks and area was very clean. I paid exactly what it said on the website (no hidden fees). Would highly recommend.

Recently attended for a coil removal, I choose to go private as could book an appointment very quickly and would have to wait 6weeks+ for an appointment on the NHS. I was seen by Dr Griffiths if I recall her name correctly, she was extremely friendly and helpful and ensured made sure I was as comfortable as I could be the entire step of the way. Great service and fully considering booking a well woman appointment in the future.

The Staff at Fleet St Clinic were wonderful in helping us attain what we were looking for. Lucy and Kayla were friendly and incredibly efficient. Helping to resolve a difficult last minute situation. Outstanding support from highly efficient staff. The process was easy and effective. We were able to choose the date for vaccines to be administered snd a trained nurse was sent. I, and colleagues would definitely recommend this excellent company.

The Fleet Street Clinic have been exceptional in their Covid-19 testing service which I have used multiple times for business purposes. The service is personal and goes above and beyond to work to time constraints, fast turnaround, outside of London testing, last minute appointments and results confirmations via letter, email etc. I have always got hold of someone promptly and even out of hours. Highly recommend their service.

We received a wonderfully professional and speedy service from the Fleet Street Clinic. I phoned at 12.30pm, my daughter was tested for Coronavirus symptoms by 1.30pm and we had received the results (negative luckily) before 4pm on the same day. Very reassuring. Thank you so much. Helen Johnston

I needed 2 vaccinations I did not get in childhood and looked all over for clinics offering these with no luck. My friend suggested I try Fleet Street and they were so helpful and friendly, I got an appointment on the same day and jabs done! They are not cheap but comparable to other private clinics offering similar services.

My new go-to travel clinic, absolutely fantastic experience. and something unlikely to be said by someone with a phobia of needles who was booking travel jabs! From the incredibly helpful receptionist who booked my NEXT-DAY appointment to the friendly and super-knowledgeable nurse (thank you Lucy!), I couldn't be happier. Add to that the convenient opening times (both before and after work) and the most reasonable prices I've found (119 for a series of 3 rabies jabs, including 20 consultation, compared to the 297 I was quoted elsewhere!), I'm never going anywhere else! Great find!

I am happy to recommend Ruth's work. She is skilled, sympathetic and knowledgeable. Recently she provided very constructive advice regarding the diet of a nonagenarian relative in a care home. As a result there have been real improvements in my relative's mental and physical well-being, as well as helpful guidance for the care staff.
