Recently finished my Invisalign treatment at Dentexcel, the staff were professional and flexible with my appointments. I felt that my concerns were taken seriously. The treatment result it self was great, the alignment of the teeth to the shaping were all natural and beautiful and I was consulted throughout if there was anything I wanted to change during the treatment planning stage. I would highly recommend Dentexcel and Dr Cohen and Angela.

I am a long time patient of Dr Cohen, had lots of treatments done by him. He is always gentle to the patients and confident in treatments. I had two teeth missing, the implants he done for me totally changed my smile. But I don't understand why some users here wrote bad reviews complaining about price. It's a well known private clinic in Harley Street, you pay for dentists' experience and reputation. And also can't believe that some people are expecting free x-ray. Anyway hope my review could help you make decision.

I went to Dr Cohen to get my crowns changed. After two unsuccessful attempts at temporary crowns, we decided to just copy my old crowns. During the time he was modifying the temporary crowns that took many months I complained to him about my gum bleeding from behind my front tooth. He repeatedly said that it is fine just keep it clean. After a year of visiting this dentist I called it a day - I felt the crowns were substandard and and I was too fatigued to continue.
When I saw another dentist I was told I have a deep infection exactly where I had been bleeding during the time I was under the care of Dr Cohen. There is 50% bone loss and the tooth is loose now. I paid him 8000. I have spent 10,000 for specialist treatment and my crowns ( they were done in four sessions). During the time I was his patient I was made to feel I was responsible for all the mishaps that were happening so not only I was worried about my teeth I was feeling burdened as well. His insurers did not compensate me. My nightmare still goes on.
