As a new patient to this clinic and not a fan of dentist I obviously went there with a not the most positive frame of mind. However, I must say this is the best dentist I have ever been too in fact so good I needed to write this review. Biggest thanks goes to Karenn Helmnichne and her assistant for the amazing work & kindness that came with it. They were very informative, gentle, kind and understanding & in turn I felt no pain, discomfort and had few good laughs : If you looking for a new dentist and like myself "not a fan", try this place you will not regret it!

After years of awful dental phobia I can honestly say I nearly enjoy going to the dentist! Niamh and Rob make be feel in total control of my treatment and explain everything they are doing. They are so patient, give me lots of breaks and never make me feel silly. I've had some extensive work done over the last 12 months and I'm very happy with the outcome. I can't thank them and the whole team enough.

I had an appointment today and this is the first time in my life that I wasn't frightened to attend a dental appointment. My previous two visits completely put me at ease, and everything was explained in detail. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Finding this dental practice has been a revelation, and although it may sound extremely gushing I'm so amazed that I have been able to calmly go to the dentist! Thank you Rob, Niamh and staff.

Visited to have a tooth extracted. From the moment I arrived I was put at ease which is great considering I do not like going to the Dentist. Rob explained all the procedural and legal bits before starting the intitial process of the anastetic and preparation of the extraction. After about 10 minutes waiting in the chair and watching the fish on the TV above your head, I was ready for the extraction. Rob put some piece of equipment in my mouth and just about immediately removed the tooth without any pain, noise or feeling that your mouth was going to feel this tooth being ripped from it's roots. I just couldn't believe that the tooth had been taken out without any feeling what so ever. This really was "Gentle Dental" and would thoroughly recommend.

Appointment earlier today with Niamh, the hygienist. Exceptional service and certainly ranks as my most enjoyable treatment session.ever. From the moment you walk through the door to the completion of the treatment, the customer service received from team at Gentle Dental is second to none. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

Well, after a life long phobia of dentists (50 years) I decided to get it sorted. Gentle Dental was recommended to me by a friend. Long story short, and only after a few visits, I think I can say I am over my phobia thanks to this team. Not only that but I am looking forward to the rest of my treatment (never thought I would be saying that) and being able to smile again. I cannot recommend Gentle Dental enough! Thanks guys:)

Absolutely amazing. My whole life I had terrible experiences with NHS dentists and actually had my teeth ruined by them. Finally I thought its time we get this sorted and decided to visit Gentle Dental. I have always been so anxious about detist visits and embarrassed by my teeth but they made me feel so comfortable and like there is no judgement.
I have never felt so relaxed in a dentist chair like I do here! (I've nearly fallen asleep in the chair!) I would highly recommend visiting this dentist! I like to think me and the staff have formed a lovely friendship and I feel so welcome every time I visit. If I could give a million stars I would!

Absolutely wonderful and caring team. I cannot thank Gental Dental enough for everything that they have done for me and my teeth! I had not visited a dentist in years out of fear and embarrassment because of the condition of my teeth but they completely took that away. I live in Southampton and my initial appointments were here for the invisalign treatment but after a couple of appointments I decided that this is the best dental practice for me, regardless of the commute to Salisbury for my appointments, I actually look forward to them!
Everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with have been extremely helpful, caring and professional. I cannot praise them enough and highly recommend this dentist to everyone.

Fantastic care for those who are nervous of dentists! The hygienist has the latest equipment for cleaning your teeth which is quiet, comfortable and quick, especially compared to the old ultrasonic systems. Can highly recommend Gentle Dental, the staff are all very friendly and explain what is going on throughout your treatment, which I find very helpful as someone who is terrified of dentists and all things to do with my teeth.
