Services
I first trained as a dental hygienist in 2005 whilst serving in the British Army. I worked for Romsey Dental Care as a locum hygienist and always felt it was a great place to work with a wonderful ethos. I've since retrained as a dentist and have never looked back. I am passionate about improving my knowledge and so I continually progress my postgraduate training, attending events primarily focused on cosmetic dentistry.
At Romsey Dental Care and Cosmetic Clinic, we offer the latest preventative dental care as well as an extensive range of cosmetic dental and facial treatments. Our full range of dental services includes tooth whitening, smile makeovers, crowns and bridges, dental veneers, dental implants and aligning crooked teeth.
We've always been very happy to publish our price guide, as we know that we're highly competitive and, just as importantly, provide excellent value for money for our dentistry & cosmetic work beyond price alone. All our staff are regularly trained in the latest techniques and knowledge. We use only the most skilled technicians and the finest quality materials, as well as investing in the latest technology.
As many people who know me are aware I am always looking for a new challenge; so far, I have completed the Clarendon Walk, Jurassic Coast challenge, the Great South Run to name a few. After 7 years as a member of the British Dental Association Good Practice Scheme, Romsey Dental Care was congratulated by the President of the BDA at a special awards ceremony at the BDA conference in Manchester.

After years of fearing the dentist, Kevin and his team have made me feel so at ease and confident going forward with my dental care. I am a new patient, and despite the team not knowing me, they bent over backwards to fit me in short notice for a tooth extraction, and Kevin did a fantastic job on a very nervous patient! I experienced extreem dental pain during the lockdown and was not able to visit a dentist. Even the emergency numbers I was given did not return my phone call. A friend of mine put me in touch with Romsey Dental Care because she thought that perhaps they could help me. This was a long shot, as I live in London, but was desperate because I was at a dead end here. Sam Price very kindly came back to me almost immediately and clearly explained what the current situation with dental practices is during the COVID 19.
She referred me to an emergency service, nearer to where I live, which I went to. I was extreemly grateful for this, as I am not a patient of the practice. She was highly professional, knowledgable and compassionate. A real gem and I would highly recommend her services.

I would like to thank Romsey Dental Care. From the middle of February I have had tooth ache, until Monday afternoon. They managed to fit me in the first day they were allow to practice again. I had a fantastic experience at Romsey Dental Care this morning. I had to bring my 2 year old son to the hygienist appointment with me as my planned childcare fell through. It wasn't an ideal situation but both the lady on reception (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) and Adam were wonderful, really understanding and helpful with my son. Excellent care and excellent customer service. Thank you!

My teeth condition have a terrible hereditary basis (thanks dad). I have been in and out of dentists since I was little from "medieval" Soviet Russian dentists to British NHS, all of which didn't meet my expectations to say politely. I used to be a bit anxious going to the dentist and I feel certain procedures from the past (particularly ripping one of my back teeth out while holding me down in a chair) this classic form of torture I will not forget.
As well as not so long ago on the NHS dentist has suggested to stop breastfeeding my at the time baby son and to "give him plain full fat yogurt" for a week instead while I'm taking some antibiotics for my inflammation. Duh. I cannot remember how I came about Romsey Dental Care but I am very happy with the care I receive. Everyone is very friendly, gentle and kind here. Kevin puts a lot of energy and creativity into his work, he will make your wishes (within your oral health) come true and your teeth will look perfect to the T. I would definitely recommend Romsey Dental practice to all my friends for their ideal dental work. Thanks, Kevin and all the lovely nurses, your talents are so precious.

A very professional and friendly dental practice. I came here initially for an emergency appointment after my NHS dentist kept cancelling. Having found out I was going to need far more treatment than my NHS dentist, it seems, had failed to address, I decided to make a brave decision and register with Romsey Dental Care as a new patient. I am so glad I did!
From the first contact with the receptionist over the phone and my first appointment with Kevin I have been made to feel so welcome. Kevin is very thorough and very patient. He explained and set out a very detailed treatment plan for me which I have never had before. I knew then I had made the right choice to move to a private practice, as expensive as it is, the patient care and attention here is above and beyond any I have received with an NHS dentist.
As an anxious patient Kevin has also been very understanding and has a calming bedside manner and as a result I do not fear going to my appointments here. Every receptionist I have spoken to has been so friendly and welcoming. I cannot fault the service of Romsey Dental Care. Thank you to all!

I am very anxious about dentists due to my last dental practice. Just had my first appointment yesterday. Very friendly staff from reception, dental nurse, to dentist. The waiting room is pleasant and has some music and magazines (my last dentist waiting room was dated with pictures of manky teeth everywhere, just made you feel anxious). There was a delay by 10 minutes or so, which is expected, however I had 3 apologies!
I felt so at ease the moment I walked in. There is a TV on the ceiling to distract you. The dentist asks lots of questions about general health etc so you know he's doing a thorough job. He talks through everything after he's done a check and shows you the pictures on his computer and shows you xrays. He explained everything so clearly. I've booked in to have some minor work done and also to see a hygienist and I'm actually looking forward to it! Its worth going private at this practice for sure!

I have been using Romsey Dental Care for a number of years and had both Samantha Price and Julian Chen as my primary dentist. They have both been brilliant and the team are always really helpful and professional. They are so good I still go back there even though I have moved out of the immediate area. Highly recommended.
