Liz graduated from the University of Liverpool Dental Hospital in 1996. The best way to reduce decay and gum disease, and to maintain the health or your mouth, is to attend regular dental appointments. This is called preventive dentistry, and ensures we catch any potential problems before they develop, and so the amount of treatment required is reduced. This means you can avoid having so many extractions and fillings, and are more likely to keep your own teeth for life. At your dental examination appointment we will be looking in your mouth to examine your teeth, gums and also all the soft tissue linings.
In case of an emergency during practice hours, please contact the practice immediately. We will always endeavour to see a patient in pain on the same day. If you require emergency treatment outside surgery hours, please telephone the practice where you will hear a message detailing the specific arrangements for that day.
Below is a list of our private fees - please note that this is a guide and you will be provided with an itemised and personalised estimate of your treatment costs after consultation with your dentist. A dental appointment, including a clinical examination, a check for signs of oral cancer and routine x-rays.

I've been with this practice for nearly 2 years. The receptionists are very efficient/friendly and booking in and future appointments are straight forward. I always see Dr Qayyua she has a wonderful manner and puts you at ease straight away. She doesn't mess about either, you are in and out fairly quickly if you have no issues. Today I did have an issue with a wisdom tooth that needed to come out.

In less than an hour I had a full examination, teeth cleaned, a scan which showed the problem, anaesthetic and the tooth pulled with no pain. I was given further advice by Dr Qayyua in regards to taking better care of my gums and that we needed to up our game I can categorically say that this is the best dental practice I have ever been to in 47 years. Kind regards Myles Edwards
