Moved to private treatment with this practice in early 2021 as they refused to see me for a check up otherwise. I was informed in my first appointment that I needed a filling due to some "minor decay" on a tooth I had never had even the slightest amount of pain or sensitivity on, but I of course went ahead with the treatment. After the treatment I knew something wasn't right with persistent pain/sensitivity that wasn't there before.

It took me months to get another appointment, and when I finally did the dentist didn't do any work and had the cheek to give me some sensitive toothpaste. I'll stress again that I never had an ounce of pain on this tooth before the "necessary" filling. I pleaded with the practice to allow me to see the other dentist they have, but the abrupt and often rude receptionists refused, insisting I had to go back to the same dentist if I wanted rework done, regardless if I was comfortable with this.

In the end it took me around 7 months to get the practice to re-do the filling (even as a private patient) and I regretfully allowed the original dentist to do it as the practice did not allow otherwise. In the end I should have just switched practices as even after reworking the filling I am still experiencing pain. I no longer chew on that side.

I have no idea what they have done to my tooth but I have genuine fears I may have to get it removed, or best case pay for further costly treatment at another practice. A message to Park Dental - mistakes happen but at least have the decency to listen to your patients and treat them with respect when they communicate an issue. Perhaps if you had taken my concerns seriously the error/poor treatment may have been properly investigated and subsequently successfully fixed. If patients have doubts over the standard of treatment then allow them to switch. This is medical treatment you are providing, you are not a barbershop or nail salon.

Truly fabulous dental practice. Dr Wiewiorka and her team provide a very professional and friendly service and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I recently attended this clinic due to an issue with my wisdom tooth. Now I have been to many dentists before but I have never met a dentist like Ahmed Khalid. The care and finesse with which he helped me was second to none and the efficiency that he worked with was simply mind blowing. The experience and knowledge that he has is prevalent in the way he answered all my questions - thoroughly and without being rushed. His people skills are fantastic and he's a good laugh too. Thank you so much Ahmed for everything you did and I look forward to seeing you again.

Recently had 6 veneers fitted on my top front teeth. Ahmed was extremely professional and helpful the entire process, helping and advising with decision making. Delighted with the end result, veneers look very natural and well fitted. Recently had implant and cosmetic work complete. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional even with the onslaught of Covid. The team are fantastic, from Reception, Dental Assistants and especially my Dentist (Ahmed) Fully discussed what I required and what wasn't required, saving me cost. Amazing results, can't thank the whole team enough. Confidence restored.

Had porcelain veneers fitted and the team were fantastic throughout the whole treatment. Ahmed was great in helping to identify the correct treatment for me and kept me well informed throughout the process. Delighted with the final result and highly recommend the practice.

Fantastic, brilliant, superb, etc, etc. yet more root treatment, "Honest Ahmid" at top of his game, sailed through 2 hours of youth rescue. always asking. " everything ok" you mumbled "aye ok" I'm hoping he understands and carries on. "Right goodjob " that's you sorted see you in 6 months" another delighted customer. I moved to Park Dental in Uddingston a few months ago. I grind my teeth and my front bottom teeth were very worn down. After a consultation with Ahmed and a few appointments to have restoration work done I now have great looking teeth and a smile I have not had for many many years. Thanks Ahmed, really delighted with my new teeth.

I had to visit here when I was in the area for a funeral. The staff were so friendly and efficient and helped sort out a horrible problem (excessive bleeding after an extraction the previous day by my own dentist) which allowed me to get to the funeral on time. I was so impressed.

Went here to get a filling, staff here incredibly freindly especially the charismatic Ahmed khan who is a magician with teeth. Definitely be coming back and will be referring people to come here #DVO #December Firm
