As i have some anxiety of visiting dentists i was rather worried about my visit. During my appointment i was put at ease by dental nurse Mayan, her customer service skills are great, put my mind at ease during treatment with her happy reassuring attitude. Nothing was rushed. I have been going to Abacus for around a year now, and have had a great experience with both Aidan and Adam. I am a nervous patient and had bad experiences previously with the dentist which put me off going longer than I should. They explained everything throughly and helped settle my nerves. Can't rate Adam at Abacus Dental highly enough! My son has really struggled with past procedures, experiencing anxiety and difficulty coping with the sensory challenges of the dentist environment. Adam put him completely at ease at his check up, so much so that my son wanted him to do the work required. Had to have a tooth extraction today, due to an infection. Adam talked me through everything. Didn't feel the injection at all. The removal was over with, in no time at all. Brilliant dental practice and staff, I chose them based on the reviews and was not disappointed. I came here for a replacement crown on my front tooth and it is perfect, you cant even tell its not my own. Sukal is lovely, professional and barely knew he was working on me as I was watching the TV on the CEILING and they let you chose your own show. Abacus is lovely little family practice and really make you feel welcome and comfortable.
