The clinic came highly recommended by a friend. I called today looking to book a hygiene appointment. I specifically said "would I be able to book one for tomorrow if possible" The receptionist barked NO at me : No hygiene appointments! You are an optimist I can give you that. Her exact words. I tried to get an email of a GM and received a response "from the said receptionist obviously" that there is no GM just one dentist and that there is no record of me being a patient.
Obviously I am not and never will be after this incident! Dear Dr. Tan, I hope you see my review and do something about this, as it seems reaching you is very difficult. All the best, Mai
