Henleaze Dental Practice

I would highly recommend Henleaze dental practice, Laura is a fantastic dentist, very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. With a young family my plans have occasionally changed at the last minute and Laura and the team have always been flexible.

Excellent dentist - I've never known anyone better for getting the bite just right after a new filling. Even after major work, eg extractions or major fillings, no pain. Emergencies have always been speedily dealt with. Efficient and friendly too, and in normal times the additional bonus of a wide range of reading material in the waiting room.

My family of four have been patients of Henleaze Dental Practice for a number of years. The practice has been really excellent throughout the challenges of Covid: working to ensure that the kids still receive regular check ups and reopening hygienist services as quickly as possible.

Would recommend Henleaze Dental Practice to friends and family. Reception very helpful in registering as a new patient and all COVID safety measures are in place.

I have initially booked an appointment for hygiene (scale & polish) treatment. I previously had treatments there a long time ago. When I showed up expecting to have the hygiene treatment, I instead received a routine check-up straight away and then x-rays. It all went very fast and when I returned to reception I was told the session was over and was presented a bill for check-up & 2 x-rays and was told hygiene had to be a separate appointment next time.

The reception staff did not offer any explanation before the appointment, on the day of the appointment when I first arrived, and could not explain the invoiced amount to me when I questioned. I was charged for a service that I did not request and was not explained to me. I have since made a formal compliant with the clinic and the doctor has responded with lengthy explanations of why the procedures were carried out. However, if those explanations were given to me clearly prior to my appointment, rather than after making a formal complaint, the issue wouldn't have existed.

The clinic offered refund for a small proportion of the fee charged. I hope the clinic will improve its communications especially for the service charge and check-up routine for the patients, so that similar issues can be avoided.

Superb dental practice that have cared for me and my family for 20 years now. Mark, Helen and the team are friendly, professional and provide an excellent service. It is a genuine pleasure to go to this dentists!

My experience at the Henleaze Dental Practice has always been good. The Receptionist greets with a smile and a friendly word. The facilities in the waiting room are also good. The chairs are comfortable. When entering the room for my treatment Dr. Mark Haseltine and his nurse are always very welcoming and any treatment I have is first class. I have every confidence in them and always feel at ease. The whole process is very professionally conducted and I would have no hesitation in recommending this Practice.

Excellent service which I have been using for years. The Covid precautions work extremely well and the staff, as usual, are very friendly. An extraction early this week was painless and stress free.

A truly wonderful and highly professional practise. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Makes you almost forget you are at the dentist. I particularly like the treatment plan estimate showing you the cost of any work to be done. Dr Mark Haseltine explains everything very carefully so I can understand exactly what they are doing and why.

The appointment with the hygienist, Sharon Allen, was probably the best experience I have had of being 'cleaned'. Sharon was thorough, careful and efficient, enabling a pain-free and stress-free experience. My experience with the dentist, Dr Laura Birch, on a previous occasion was excellent. The whole practice is efficient, calm, which for me is huge, friendly and very co-operative in appointments, etc. Thank you, each of you.

It's just do hard to find a good dentists these days. With my teeth I kind of like seeing the same person, otherwise they tend to loose track of what's going on. Henleaze Dental Practice seem to have quite a steady main team which puts them in good stead, who cover all aspects of dental work. I hope for your sake you don't need them for nasty big jobs, but if you do then - they can do them! The real plus point is that they offer evening and weekend appointments and you can park really easily!
