smile is a most precious gift...it is a window to the world of your inner health and beauty. Your smile lets you show others how you feel, your smile is first to create a lasting impression. Every child deserves a gentle and caring dentist...there is nothing more beautiful than a child's smile. But that beautiful smile does need your help. Good dental health patterns should begin in infancy and continue throughout adult life.

The most disgusting attitude of their receptionist, she was so rude and disrespectful and wasn't even letting let a word in even though I am in pain because of a mistake their dentist made. I am absolutely appalled by their customer service and I wish I would've read the reviews before signing up with them.

A dentist appointment is never a pleasant experience, but the receptionist at AG dentistry manage to make it even worse. As I had not been to the dentist in a while, I have been told that first, there was no check up available, then after telling them I only needed stitches removed they said that because I hadn't visited in a while I would have to wait another month and a half to be seen. Rude and unprofessional on their part.

Awful practice - don't bother. My kids haven't been able to see a dentist for 2 years because they keep cancelling the appointments. I am pretty sure my daughter needs a filing and braces and my son has problems with adult teeth coming through but can't access any help! I tried making and appointment back in September and they said they would see my kids IF I PAID for an appointment!
This is with the same NHS dentist they always see for free. Is that even legal? I then managed to get a free appointment in 6 weeks time which they now cancelled. I don't know what is going within this practice but you have failed my children's teeth - shame on you. Very disappointed. Will be looking for a new practice for my whole family, might just go completely private. Dr Kayvan has be great to me and I am sad to have to look for another practice but I just can't deal with them anymore. If you want to keep your patients, please look after them better.

Great practise and very friendly respectful staff at reception. Dr. Kayvan was very helpful and made my experience much better than previous dentists I have had in the UK. I definitely recommend the practise as it is always difficult to find a dentist that not only you can trust but treat their patrons with respect and take their time. I felt they cared about my well being as they even did a cancer screening which I have not had done anywhere else. I felt I was good hands the whole time and will definitely return.

This clinic is really amazing and very happy to discover it in Kentish, as I live in Marylebone. Definitely I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. At the reception Fabiana was so helpful and she made my appointment for Dr Wajih Khawaja who is amazing! He solved my problems and cheer me up Definitely I will bring all my family at this clinic!

Highly recommended. Finding a good dentistry clinic is not easy, especially in a big city as London, but this dentistry clinic is quite good. The staff is very friendly and from my experience I can say the practice was good. If you live in Kentish Town and you're looking for a good dentistry clinic, this is the right clinic for you

Had a hygienist appointment, I was not welcomed or treatment explained to me. I had to ask if I should seat on dental chair. It was the first treatment and I was very anxious. This was a nightmare very painful.,T he hygienist told me to lift Hands if the pain was unbearable, I did this a few times but he continued. He could not finish and asked me to book another appointment he will offer me anaesthesia.
Why could he not offer it the first time? I was in so much stress I nearly passed out. My gums were bleeding so much all the way home.i was not offered any tissues or support on how to stop this bleeding. I am so disappointed in the treatment. Am traumatised and don't think I will ever have another hygienist treatment again And the receptionist followed me downstairs asking for payment.very embarrassing as I already made full payments when I had booked. I will make an official complaint. Hygienist have procedures that were clearly not followed

Disgraceful. Said I needed 7 fillings but i went for a second opinion and they said i needed 1, and a small one at that! A friend had the exact same experience which was what made me go for the 2nd opinion. At AG they were pushy and pushing finance deals when I showed concern, more like buying a car than being in the hands of a medical professional you should be able to trust. Avoid at all costs.

It's probably one of the hardest things in the world to make a dentist's visit a pleasant experience, but the folks at AG Dentistry do their darnedest all the same. I had to have an old filling replaced a few weeks ago and, while it was an intensely uncomfortable procedure, the dentist was very affable and reassuring and explained things simply.
I had to wait a bit on the first trip but was quickly booked in for a second appointment and that one went remarkably smoothly: in and out in 45 minutes. So now I have a new filling and a new dentist I can feel comfortable calling on during my next dental emergency.
