Having just experienced some excellent customer service from the good folks at Bhandal DP, (Halesowen Surgery), I felt the need to highlight this as a Google testimony.
Despite a grave shortage nationwide of Dentists, Bhandal Halesowen have always catered for mine and my Wife’s dental needs for many years. Appointments, especially when urgent, are dealt with the utmost priority and always with a swift and satisfactory outcome. Over the years there have been multiple ‘Dentist’ changes in personnel, however, for the past year or so our Dentist has remained a constant, that is the lovely Manjit. She is so kind, helpful and considerate, always with a smile and very knowledgeable.
Our most recent visit to Bhandal Halesowen was particularly positive as it involved the two wonderful reception staff, Catherine and Tracy, who went out of their way to look after us, above and beyond expectation. They were most pleasant, understanding, helpful and efficient in their client care, despite being extremely busy with a waiting room full of patients and constant incoming telephone calls. Their combined patience and calmness under pressure shone through and made our visit there even more rewarding.
No one enjoys a ‘Trip to the Dentist’ but when you have one like ours, it can only be described as positive. Thank you one and all at Bhandal Halesowen…..Monumental for Dental !

I was seen by a female dentist who was really friendly and helpful and managed to squeeze me in the same day, for which I was really grateful and impressed given the pandemic! She was very friendly and kind and really put me at ease, explaining everything clearly. Brilliant experience and couldn't recommend more highly.
