The Neem Tree Dental - Esher

I used to be proud of my teeth but due to previous medical issues and other factors I suffer significant problems, which cause me significant anxiety and affect my pride. I went to see Alice at The Neem Tree who worked her magic, and was extremely sensitive and compassionate towards me throughout my treatment. I had seen her interaction with other patients and her kind friendly approach genuinely put me at ease. She is a huge credit to the practice and made an enormous difference to me!

I cannot recommend Alice at The Neem Tree highly enough as a dental hygienist. She is professional, friendly and made me feel at ease during my appointment. I was very impressed with the thorough treatment plan she created for me and appreciated the clear advice she gave me on how to clean my teeth effectively while trying to save my receding gums! The Neem Tree is a lovely dental practice with committed, experienced and friendly staff. Thank you for looking after me!

This was easily my best ever dental experience! The staff here are AMAZING. Because of a medical condition I need to be extremely careful and can't afford to contract Covid. I was looking for a dentist with an air filtration system that would wear FFP3 masks, and rang around numerous London dentists before finding the Neem Tree. The wonderful receptionists Carolina and Mel went out of their way to accommodate my needs and all of the staff did their upmost to make me feel relaxed and safe.

And hygienist Alice was amazing and soon dispelled my nerves and had me laughing through the session. Not only that but this was the best level of dental care I've ever received by a very long way. Alice gave me a huge amount of invaluable dental information and advice, and even corrected some of the misinformation I'd been given at other practices.

Now with the holistic approach Alice has given me I finally feel confident and positive about my dental care. I'm no longer scared to go to the dentist - I think I actually might be looking forward to my next session?! Really can't recommend the Neem Tree Esher enough!

This is such a helpful and friendly practice. I am always impressed by the level of service and care I receive there. Most recently my experience with the Hygienist, Alice Garside. My teeth are in the best condition they have been in years, and she is brilliant at explaining routine practices in the most relatable, memorable way. I have always struggled with dentists over the years. My Daughter started a course of treatment at Neemtree and she said they were really good and that's where i needed to go as they would look after me properly. The NeemTree team have helped me overcome my fears, and made me feel in control and safe, by working at my pace. Even thought I have only been a few times I would like to thank Dr Nuno and his nurse and reception for putting me at ease. I am very happy to provide this positive feedback and would recommend the practice to anybody including any nervous patient's.

I just HAD to write a review of my experience at The Neem Tree Dental Practice. I've just left there today having had a crown which I have to admit I was so nervous about I've been worrying about it for two weeks! I'm probably the most terrified person to ever visit a dentist but my mind was completely put at ease when I first set foot in the door, by the lovely Mel on reception.

It was an emergency appointment and I had been seen within hours of calling. What a team! That day I was seen by the wonderful Dr Joana whose kind and gentle nature was matched by her touch as she did a temporary filling to make my tooth temporarily safe. Then today I saw her husband, Dr Nuno, who I can only describe as a magician. I was in there for over 3 hours and not once did I feel the slightest twinge of pain, despite the hole being right by the nerve.

Not only was he superb in ability but we had such a laugh, along with his very able and smiley assistant Carolina. We even watched the football at my request (well I don't think Nuno saw much of it) but incredibly, I can only describe the afternoon as an extremely unexpected, almost enjoyable experience! I haven't seen Alice, their hygienist, yet but I used to see her elsewhere and it was her who I followed to Esher.

She too is out of this world brilliant! I can't thank the team enough for their wonderful work, alongside such a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Maybe finally after 60 years my fear of the dentist will disappear!

I recently visited Alice for a routine hygiene check. Her friendly and professional approach made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. She has a brilliant attitude that is reflected in the level of service provided whilst also having an in depth knowledge, it feels as if you are talking to a dentist. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Alice Garside is an incredible hygienist. Her expertise, knowledge and professionalism coupled with her empathy and way of putting you at ease straight away is one of the many reasons I can't recommend (and thank her) enough. Having had a nasty experience as a child, I have suffered with a lifelong phobia of dentists which has resulted in my teeth being in a poor state.

Not any more. Alice took the time to put me at ease and then explained everything to me, she was really thorough and took me through each step, what to expect, what we needed to do and made what was a mammoth task seem simple and achievable. You know you are in expert hands when you find yourself looking forward to your next treatment!

I can't recommend this practice enough, they have such a welcoming and friendly environment. It's really put me at ease knowing that I'm going to train professionals. That genuinely care about me and my oral hygiene and health. And all they want is the best for me. Honestly I'm so happy that I found them, and I would not go anywhere else now. And I wanna say a special thank you to all the team for looking after me in such a amazing way.

ALICE HYGIENIST: Alice has helped guide me to a new dental hygiene routine which has had such a great impact for me. Both small changes and some key larger ones that I have introduced into my routine which I now wouldn't live without. Alice explains so much of what she is doing, and why. to really help me understand the importance of maintaining these extra steps. I would highly recommend Alice - she is an exceptional hygienist.

I have recently joined the Neem Tree clinic and I can't rate it highly enough. After identifyimg serious gum disease, Dr Anand has referred me to Alice the hygienist who has been amazing. Having suffered from a life long phobia of dentists, she has been so reassuring and professional that I felt able to face treatment. I feel that if I had seen Alice earlier, my overall health would have been greatly improved. I can honestly say that now I face visits not with trepidation, but enthusiasm. Thank you Neem Tree!

As I am an extremely nervous patient I had to look for a dentist I would be comfortable with. Fortunately I found The Neem Tree and I have not been disappointed! I cannot fault them, the dentistry (which was extensive) the care and patience was first class. I would like to thank Mel, Katrina and Nuno who looked after me brilliantly from start to finish.

Alice was great at showing a nervous little one there was nothing to fear and instilled some fantastic early hygiene routines. For adults, very consultative and able to quickly and clearly work out a forward plan for any complications.

I recently joined Neem Tree practice after my previous dentist retired. All the staff are very welcoming and kind. They can't do enough for you. I had a wisdom tooth extracted last week and the extra after care has been terrific. I even had a phone call the next day to see how I was, something I've never had at any other practice! Any concerns I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. They may not be the cheapest around, but I would highly recommend them.

I can't sing enough praises for The Neem Tree! Normally, as is the case with most of us, the dentist is not a place I want to go to unless I absolutely have to. But from start to finish, the experience was - I'll go as far to say - enjoyable! From the minute I arrived, I was greeted by the most positive and warm receptionist, Mel. Not only did she glow with sunshine, but I could tell she really cared, as she went out of her way to ensure I was calm and comfortable, and when she answered the phone, I could hear how she was so kind and helpful with the patient on the other end. Next, I was invited by Joana to go in to have my hygiene treatment. Naturally, I felt nervous, but Joana was so kind, considerate, gentle and warm.

I felt in such safe hands, and I actually felt really relaxed! Joana has a way of making you trust her immediately, and again, I could tell she genuinely cared. A big thank you to Mel, Joana and The Neem Tree - I look forward to coming back to such a uniquely nurturing and special dental practice!

I've been visiting the Neem Tree in Esher for several years. I've had a number of proceedures there and would never go anywhere else now. I honestly feel like I'm visiting friends when I visit and often stay for a chat! Mel on reception is fabulous and always greets you so warmly. Nuno and Shivani the dentists are fantastic and really put you at ease. I highly recommend this practise!

The Neem Tree is an amazing dental practice. I have been going there for a few years now and have been having treatment to straighten my teeth, as well as a tooth replacement and the results are amazing. Joanna is fantastic - kind, friendly and very considerate. She explains all the treatment upfront and also all the options available, so you can make your own decisions.

Before choosing the Neem Tree I had checked out a few other practices to ask about treatment, but I chose Joanna because she was honest and genuine and I felt I would get the best treatment and service. She is the best dentist I have ever had. I have also had treatment with Nuno, who is also fantastic and highly skilled. They are a great partnership and take pride in their work. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I have visited Alice on many occasions and she is the best! You're always met with a smile and friendly welcome. Her attention to detail is always impeccable and flawless. and I have very high expectations. I have no hesitation to recommend her and continue to using her again and again.

What a wonderful dental practice, I had a great experience with all the employees there. Very informative and helpful staff, very fast and efficient service. The doctors here are fantastic, friendly and their presence calms down while they work. I highly recommend The Neem Tree Wandsworth Dental Pratice if you need any sort of dental work done.

Warm and friendly practice. The dental skills are exceptional. Sometimes there is a little delay but this is usually because of the dedication and perfectionism of the staff. I have had some very difficult work done and the results are extremely good.

The Neem Tree staff are wonderful with mum who had a molar tooth extraction last year and more recently a check-up and hygiene clean. Mum's dentist, Nuno, has a warm, welcoming manner with mum, who has dementia and mobility issues, which helps mum to relax in unfamiliar surroundings. His gentle care builds a nice rapport with mum in the dentist's chair enabling her treatment to be carried out without any problems. On reception, Mel is very friendly and helpful with fitting mum's appointments and payments around her needs. Happily recommended The Neem Tree.
