She makes sure that patients are fully informed of the procedures involved and always explains procedures thoroughly. She also discusses the treatment plan with patients which allows patients to make informed decisions. I first went to Horsley Dental for a simple 30 minutes procedure, and I was extremely impressed by their setup. The quality of the work is definitely on par to the best clinics in London. Though, the prices are a fraction, which I must say it surprised me. My kids are usually a nightmare at the dentist, but Shiral and the team have been fantastic with them -They are friendly and fun, and they do a great job - makes the whole experience a lot easier!

I had a really bad experience in the past with another Dentist and became a Dentist phobe. I did everything in my power to stay away from dentists, but after taking someone to an appointment to have their tooth rebuilt with Dr Patel I was very impressed with her gentleness and kindness and decided to entrust myself in her hands. I explained my bad experience and Dr Patel and her lovely assistant made me feel really at ease and even though my heart was racing terrified, they were brilliant at distracting me and before I knew it i was in giggles with them.

By my second appointment for my root canal treatment I was so comfortable I felt at one point I was dosing off in the chair during my treatment. This team has restored my faith and really taken care of me so far and I have now gone from a Dental phobe to looking in my mouth to see what else I need to get fixed after my Root canal treatment is completed. Thank you so much Dr Patel and to the lovely assistant and Receptionist!

Really happy with my treatment here, I have just registered both my children. The receptionist was very good with them and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Went here as an emergency one Sat morning. Was really impressed with the treatment and indeed the dentist herself. She was very effecient and reassuring. She managed to fix my broken crown in no time at all. A missing front tooth is not a good look. Comforting to know they’re only round the corner.
