DR Amir and Leah made me feel so welcome on my first visit! I’m a very nervous patient. He went though everything step by step to ensure I get the best treatment he went through everything from procedures that needs to be done to the finance side! I can’t wait to get booked back in and see my finishing result!

I sent an online enquiry via messanger which was easy and simple to complete. I was contacted within 24 hours by a member of the team and invited into the practice for a free consultation at my convenience. I met Dr Amir Ahmed, who was brilliant, the consultation relaxing, friendly and developed my knowledge and understanding of cosmetic procedures. I was given rough estimates of costing and shown examples of dentistry work for what I wanted to achieve. The team are all very friendly, Informative and the practice is very clean and welcoming and as someone that is frightened off going to the dentist I felt at ease from my first appointment, I have had several appointments to complete my treatment plan and the results are amazing, exceded my expectatios, I am now switching to this dentist from my dentist of 30 years as the team are superb. I would highly recommend Charisma/Dr Amir Ahmed.

Well was all good at first.went in and was in absolute pain. They promised me It wouldn't be no more than 300. Which was fab as they said they were doing a root canal so I wouldn't loose the tooth as they cared to much for this to happen.said 300 would be fine. Then they did a part root canal with a temporary filling. After that they said I could come back in 2 weeks time for them to finish it off properly but I would owe an other 300!

I didn't say anything as I was on my own but felt conned. The dentist was lovely but he would be for 300 for half a job. Would not recommend unless you have money. Meanwhile the NHS dentist said this was wrong and the tooth was never in good enough condition to save it. Total rip off and won't be going there again!so annoyed and caused me more pain having it out in the end than anything. They definitely sweet talk you!

Charisma Clinic is literally so amazing. From the friendly welcoming staff Khadija and Danielle at the desk who are so helpful and kind, to the amazing purple interior which is so pretty, and of course Dr Amir! I had 6 teeth bonded with composite bonding to close gaps that I had, I also completed whitening at home with Charisma's whiten gels which left my teeth so white and sparkly!

I've always wanted my gaps closed and I am genuinely so happy with my teeth, I can't stop smiling and I am getting so many compliments. I couldn't be happier with the results which were all done in one day. I felt so comfortable here and Dr Amir let me ask 1 million questions and never got annoyed! Best practice ever. So friendly, fantastic prices and you are just looked after from beginning to end and even further. Thank you so so so much Charisma!

If I could give 100 stars I would. I have just completed my Invisalign journey with Amir, he is literally the best cosmetic dentist on the planet! Amir and his team are just wonderful, so friendly and knowledgeable. I am so happy with the results, I literally can not stop smiling! Thank you all so so much. You are all amazing!

Everyone at this dentist is so lovely and amazing at their job. The receptionist is so chatty and nice always asking how you are. The dentist is very professional at his job. I got composite bonding and I'm so happy with the results. He really pays attention to detail and If I'm honest I'm a fussy customer but he really listens to the patient and hears what they have to say.

Also I hate people touching my teeth because their really sensitive but he's the only dentist I know who actually talks you through what he's doing. Teeth are everything so it's always nervous putting your trust into someone whose going to adjust them and I definitely put my trust in him. Its also a very peaceful area. I would recommend anyone to go to this dentist.

I have just finished treatment for invisalign, whitening and composite bonding with Dr Amir and I am absolutely thrilled to bits. It only took a few months, the price was competive (I know people who paid a lot more in Cheadle and Bramhall) and the service is impeccable. All the staff are so friendly and warm. They put you at ease and give really good honest advice. Highly recommend!

So I have a massive phobia of dentists but plucked up the courage to go privately to a very posh expensive dentist in Marple (no names) Where I was made to feel about two inches tall about the state of my teeth, including when the hygienists were doing a deep clean and whispered to each other, "it smells". Imagine the humiliation. So, having paid a LOT of money to go to this place where their dentistry is okay but their people skills are beyond belief, I did not go back for years.

Then my teeth got worse, had loads of abscesses and much, much pain until one day I googled Charisma, read the reviews, and thought, maybe. And having plucked up the courage, I went. And so, so glad I did. Dr Talal and all his lovely staff have been AMAZING. No judgement, incredibly kind, funny and understanding. And with MINIMUM pain and superb dental treatment. I am the greatest wuss of all time but if anyone out there is in dental misery, PLEASE go there. You will never regret it!

This review is on behalf of my mother Geraldine Monish she had her front teeth repaired and also had a mould made for her back teeth. Dr talel kahlil did an amazing job and has give her confidence to smile again. She was so afraid of the dentist because of the way she was treated at her last dentist but dr talel was very gentle with her talked her through all the procedures and made her feel confident and at ease. She is so happy with the work that has been done so far and would like to thank all the staff for being pleasent and helpful and for doing a great job.

I started my journey with Amir at Charisma in September for the Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding package - and I cannot recommend them enough. Throughout the process everyone on the team has always made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The reception team are always there to help and I've been contacted by them in the friendliest of ways. The end results truly blew me away and I could not be happier. Amir is a true genius! For someone with a phobia of dentists Dr Talal makes you feel at ease and comfortable throughout Any procedures that you need. Would definitely recommend.

My own dentist was doing emergency work only. I had 2 implants done at the Charisma clinic, one quite tricky, but every difficulty overcome really creatively by Talal the dentist. He is really thorough, gentle and careful and I am very happy with the end result. The dental nurses are also gentle and the reception staff always patient and pleasant even when I frequently changed appointment times. I contacted them with questions between appointments and they always got back to me quickly. I totally recommend this service

I am an extremely nervous patient when it comes to visiting the dentist. However, the staff here were very warm and welcoming and aware of this fact and spent time reassuring me and making me feel at ease. The dentist (Talal) who was very professional and experienced took time to clearly explain everything and talk me through the procedure I had, every step of the way. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and comforting. Dr Talal is exceptional - he is careful and explains what he is doing thoroughly. As with all of my procedures with him, there was minimal pain or discomfort during and after my visit. Very clean and safe

I visited the Charisma Clinic to look into the option of composite bonding. I had many queries about the work and Dr Salem El Hati was very helpful in answering all my queries at the initial consultation. After deciding to go ahead with composite bonding to eight of my upper teeth I was booked in and the work completed in a single visit. I am delighted with the results, and the bonding has transformed my smile. Bonding really does take a lot of skill to get the right outcome and I would definitely recommend Salem.

It is worth noting the price I paid was very competitive. Finally I can also recommend the rest of the team that I met at Charisma as they were always very positive and helpful including the dental nurse Sam that worked with Salem.

Very friendly and calming atmosphere when you first walk in. The staff are happy to answer any questions you may raise with them and the dentist are always very professional.

I saw Dr Khalil this morning, who did an x-ray for me on a painful tooth and has recommended the best course of treatment. The clinic is so warm and welcoming, the staff are all lovely - much better than any dentist I have ever been to before. I am very happy with the service I received, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

First visit and will definitely be returning. Very pleasant and professional service, nothing too much trouble. My partner went for teeth whitening to be told his teeth wouldn’t go any whiter and although they would do it, he should save his money. Very honest and not money grabbing at all. Highly recommend.

I have spent a lot of time there past few weeks mainly due to a Fear of dentist so I have sadly neglected my teeth, ALL the staff there are warm and friendly I would certainly recommend them, I now have a smile back on my face after a long time

I came here after being dissatisfied with my NHS one. It’s become evident that my children were not receiving the correct level of care at the previous one and all referrals and treatment was arranged on the first visit here at charisma. My husband also took his treatment plan from the dentist which we was at previously and it’s quite shocking how much we were being ripped off. Talal only does work that is needed and doesn’t try and make you pay for unnecessary treatment. Terrie and Lisa are lovely and welcoming and we always have a laugh when I go in x it’s truly changed my opinion and the stigma of going private x highly recommended

I fully recommend this dental practice. As someone who has an irrational fear of the dentist I avoided going until I really needed urgent treatment. I've been a few times since and always made to feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist is never (in my experience) a pleasurable trip however the staff here are so friendly and will sort out whatever you need with no pain or discomfort and I've always left with a smile on my face. I can't imagine going anywhere else now.

I was very worried before joining this clinic as I have had a lot of dental problems. However there was no need. The dentist is calm and kind constantly checking if you are comfortable. He gives many options of treatment some it's obvious that he will have no financial gain. This builds greater confidence and trust. Just brilliant.cant recommend any better.

Visited Charisma Clinic last week - my first dentist visit in 3 years. Very nervous patient and was dreading the appointment but there was no need as everyone in the clinic were beyond friendly. Receptionist Terrie put me at ease straight away and was full of chat. Dentist Talal was hands down the nicest dentist I've ever visited. He was extremely friendly and explained all the procedures prior to doing anything.

He was very complimentary and this helped me feel more confident about my teeth. Won't be feeling as nervous at my next appointment in 3 months time. Thank you so much to everyone at Charisma Clinic!

Great friendly relaxing surgery. The myth of the dreaded dentist visit soon disappears the minute you walk in to a smiley face on reception. The treatment plan is explained with options and more important the cost involved are explained before so no hidden bill to cause the average heart attack. I'd recommend them 100 % to my friends

Absolutely amazing place. Nothing was ever a problem. They did a fantastic job on my teeth. Can't recommend them enough. All the staff are highly professional and make you feel very at home.
