The treatment my daughter received was first class. I also found the practice to be very understanding. On two occasions I had to cancel an appointment and on both occasions they were very understanding and accommodating. My daughter is absolutely thrilled with her brand new smile and this has done wonders for her confidence Many thanks

Had my braces here and token of here very satisfied on how they work and the improvement highly recommend for anyone who needs braces. the best braces orthodontist. Great practice with a wonderful service. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and expertise my daughter received. Would highly recommended. Delighted with the results.

I would not recommend Dr Naseri to anyone. He has a bad professional manner and he doesn't care about his patients. He has openly told me he sees me as a cost and therefore doesn't want to spend time redoing work that is causing me suffering because he wants to minimise his loss. If a patient is suffering you have to sort it out. He doesn't see it this way.
He ignores emails and other attempts to get in touch and treats you in a way that I can only describe as rude, dismissive and unreasonable. Especially as this is a private practice. He turned what could have been a minor issue that is easily rectified into months and months of suffering for me. Just ridiculous, unnecessary and I recommend people to seriously consider my review before risking treatment with this man.

My son has been under here for the past couple of years and exceptional is not a strong enough word for their service. My son being very frightened on his first visit was put at ease, firstly by the lovely lady on the reception who is so kind, thoughtful and always cheerful and then by the orthodontist themselves. The place is always clean and well maintained.
They also run to time, I only waited just under 5 mins on one occasion. They were very accommodating throughout covid-19. Its a shame that harrow have now centralised the orthodontist treatment as the other twin is starting at somewhere new and after 1 appointment there i can assure you is not anywhere near as nice.

Had a wonderful experience from begin to end. Dr Naseri gave me a step by step on how the procedure would go down and great advice on wearing braces and dealing with them. A very friendly environment and welcoming receptionist. Was 100% happy with the treatment and with the end result. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for teeth treatment

Had been waiting for an appointment for many months before finally getting one. We were asked to come in to get moulds done of my sons mouth. We get there, my son sits down and the dentist takes a look. He then says sorry we no longer treat nhs. What a joke. At any point they could have cancelled the appointment. I took tune off work at a very busy tone for them to pull that one out of the bag. This is a joke of a practice. Avoid them like the plague.

Dr Jude has the most gentle hands and throughout the whole process there was no pain. I would strongly recommend this Orthodontic practice. The staff are warm, welcoming and very friendly.
Tracey the receptionist always had a smile as you walked in the door. If you are an adult, thinking of getting braces, its never too late, the results are life changing and worth every penny. Thank you Dr Jude for making me smile.

Dr. Arash Asseri is the Best !!!! It took only 9 months and my teeth were straight! Can not stop smiling. My 10 years old son had also treatment and his result was incredible after just 3 months . I also recommended my friend and her results looks amazing! I can only recommend the 5 star treatment!!! So do not wait any longer and book your appointment . No regrets 😉 just nice teeth
