We have a simple principle and ethos which involves putting the patient first, listening, and delivering the highest standard of Dentistry in an honest way.Robbie and Taco both qualified as Dentists from Glasgow Dental School and worked as associates in Crow Road Family Dental Care in Jordanhill, for over seven years, where they gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of Dentistry. In 2012 they decided to set up for themselves in Renfrew, where they joined Ayesha who was already established there. Lisa Barrett, a Hygiene Therapist who worked with Taco and Robbie for many years, joined a few weeks later.
The Dentists and Hygiene Therapist together with the nurses and practice manager form the dental team at Renfrew Dental Studio. Here we provide bespoke, durable, high quality dentistry for the whole family, both on the NHS and privately. We provide the full range of NHS treatment options from free check ups to sedation, surgical removal of wisdom teeth and more.
To provide our patients with the best dental health, we like to see them regularly to find and fix any problems early on, before they worsen into painful, irreversible or more expensive problems. Similarly, it's great to have young children attend early on to get them used to the dental practice, so that we can deliver the best possible dental care and advice for them. We now also Childsmile Provider Practice. Prevention is better than cure.
Of course emergencies such as toothache, abscesses and dental trauma do happen and we endeavour to see all registered patient emergencies as soon as possible to get them out of pain.
Other than looking after your dental health we also do cosmetic dentistry. We are big champions of the ABB (align, bond and bleach) principle. This minimal invasive treatment delivers great aesthetic results by simply straightening twisted or tilted teeth, whitening them and covering any discrepancies with simple bonded aesthetic white fillings.
In certain cases where something more extensive is required such as veneers or bridge work, we use a fantastic network of high quality dental labs around the country that help us provide beautiful bespoke restorations.

I have just picked up my new top denture and I am absolutely delighted. My Dentist Craig Patterson, went that extra mile for me to insure that the size and colour of the teeth were just as I wanted. All of the staff I met, treated me with the upmost respect and kindness, I can highly recommend this lovely practice.

Sabbah rai was my dentist for a couple of years in Renfrew until I had to move to London. She was the best dentist I have had to date. My teeth were really weak from grinding and instead of veneers which she stated as a last resort, she recommended composite bonding. It was so affordable and the best my teeth have ever looked. I’ve had no problems and it’s the best I’ve ever felt about myself. I’m really going to miss her honesty and compassion as a dentist and would highly recommend her to anyone at Renfrew dental studio ! Any client should feel lucky.

I have been a patient here for many many years and that, I think is testament to the amazing work Robbie and the team here do. The staff are always so friendly and courteous. I attend for both Dental Treatment and Cosmetic Injections - I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth or my face! Keep up the good work guys it's always a pleasure and that is not something you can usually say about a trip to the dentist!

The staff/dentist are great, im scared n i mean scared of going to the dentist but here im reassured and given all the help needed to help with my fear, sedation is the option for me for treatment which this dental practice do. Great all round dental practice but obviously for me the dentist that treats me Robbie is class and trust him 100%!

My regular dentist for a few years, all the staff are lovely. I recently got Invisalign braces from the dentist Avani. Cannot recommend Avani or the Invisalign system enough. I initially had a 14 week programme to correct a gap that had opened up from my previous retaining wire breaking (not installed by this practice) My teeth moved back so quickly that I was done in 11weeks with minimal discomfort.
It was a little tender with each new plate being used, but nothing unbearable. Quick, reasonably priced and the staff couldn't have been any nicer or more patient with me, they really take care of you.

Been to Renfrew Denial Studio twice now. First time was for a check up and second was for scale and polish and three fillings. Taco has a very good manner about him, taking time to explain exactly what and why he is doing something before he does it. Was delighted that he spotted a problem with my caps and fixed it mid treatment. Cost for treatment was great and i'll def be back for my next check up. Also, a very clean and friendly environment, especially liked the funky pictures! Cheers Martin

First attended Taco at his previous practice as was referred to him for cosmetic work before my wedding in 2008. He did a fantastic job and have been going to him since. We visited the Renfrew practice last month and the service is still excellent and professional, and the staff are all really friendly, especially with my two year old son (he actually enjoys going to the dentist!).

I visited Dental Renfrew Studio for the first time this week to discover it had recently come under new management. Whilst I am not a huge fan of the dentist, the studio and all its staff put me at complete ease. My new dentist, Taco was incredibly professional and very calming. I do not normally write reviews on websites however wanted to highlight the excellent customer service and care I received at the Dental Renfrew Studio.
