WhiteStar Dental Practice

When I went to the practice the staff were caring, however I phoned for an appointment an was told they have taken me off they list!

I have been a patient for more than ten years and always see a dentist ( Dr Priti Joshi ) and hygienist every six or three months. They not only provide treatment for the issue related to teeth but also explain the root cause and long term solution to prevent from happening it again. Today, I am very satisfied with the quick treatment.

PLEASE AVOID! After reading some of the reviews on here I was a little dubious about this practice. Compiled my own experience comes as no surprise really As health care professional myself I have daily exposure to clients with physical and cognitive impairments Have concerns Ms Usha Joshi the receptionist is not fit to work and is showing some signs of early stage dementia.

She is extremely forgetful and adamant she is right and you (client) is wrong without any hard evidence I strongly suggest Dr Priti Joshi to make reasonable working adjustments for Usha or contact human rights commission for further advice Usha charged for hygienist appointment which I didn't make as "did not attend" (DNA) Explained that the appointment and DNA fee was unjustified. Tried to explain that I provisionally made an appointment providing I could get the day off work Usha called several times to confirm appointment which was never definitively made nor does she have any evidence for this, but still charged for a service I didn't make or attend.

Absolute con artist. Usha was unprofessional and will find ways of taking your money Can't make hygienist appointment for months and if you're extremely busy like you claim you are why is the hygienist only available on Mondays Following a below poor experience I will be withdrawing a "refer a friend" and taking my business elsewhere My message to WhiteStar Dental Practice, I will pursue my case through the DCS - you have been warned

I am an old customer and i am sadly disappointed because i tryed to make an appointment and they told me to go and find another dentist

My experience with this dentist was terrible. They are rude and won't answer my calls. I do not recommend this dentist.

I have visited this practice a few times and each visit is always pleasant. Dr Joshi & the receptionist Usha are extremely helpful, professional and provide a good service all round. I would recommend this practice definetly.

Welcoming staff. Dr Joshi very patient especially towards children, kind and above all very professional. Nice and clean clinic. I would highly recommend it.

Worst practice I ever seen. They don't even know how to speak and if you have an appointment you need to wait for 1 hour, every time. I gave a chance to this practice because is near my home, but I had enough. I do not recommend to anyone. Stay away! I know what I am speaking because I am a dental nurse, so I 've seen and I worked with lots of different dentists.

Staff where very friendly and comforting. It's a very clean and warm environment. :.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. Disgraceful service, rude receptionist and DR Joshi is very rude and temperamental. Received extremely rough treatment in her care. Injected with anesthetic and she started drilling when the drug hadn't taken effect. I complained and was treated roughly injected again and it made the side of my mouth go lopsided. When I got home I decided to phone to complain and was spoken to extremely rudely and the receptionist said complain to who you want and hung up. They should not be practising dentistry. STAY AWAY - expensive and insensitive!

I've served in the Air Force and have seen plenty of dentist throughout my career and thought it would difficult to find a practice I could trust but I've found one, Dr Joshi and her team at white star dental practice. Professional,friendly and accommodating. Keep up the good work and a special chuck up to your hygienist who is very gentle on the teeth.

I have been using White Star for many years and I can honestly say that I have never had any problems at all. Dr. Joshi is very experienced and knowledgeable in all dental matters & I would never consider going anywhere else. The hygienists are very thorough and, all in all, I no longer dread a visit to the dentist! Keep up the good work Dr. J!

I cannot thank Dr Joshi enough for everything she has done... Thanks to the team at White Star Dental; I have my straight, white smile back!

I've always received good, considerate & the right dental care both the dentist & nurse, she always knows when I've been eating too many Haribos!
