A trip to the dentist can be a daunting experience for many. Berwick Smile Dental Care certainly turn that view on its head. The reception area is bright and inviting with friendly staff who quickly put the patient at ease. Treatment is applied professionally and expertly using modern equipment and with the minimum of fuss. All costings are transparent, discussed and agreed beforehand. The practice offers a wide range of treatments to suit any budget.

Needed an emergency appointment, only place available to see me. Went in and was met with extremely friendly and caring staff. Been back several times in the last month to get work done and they always explained what they were doing and why, given loads of aftercare advise and they always help out with queries or concerns in person/over phone. Definitely recommend this friendly knowledgeable bunch!

I visited the practice for the first time after having the same dentist for 25 years elsewhere. I received some upsetting news regarding the work that had been carried out previously not by this practice, I was put at ease by Indra who explained everything , and also reassured me that it could all be rectified. The practice has an excellent patient-focused ethos. They continue to take the Covid threat very seriously, having fine-tuned procedures as time passes. Unlike some dental practices they are providing a full range of services, both for planned and emergency appointments. Communication can be difficult through all the PPE, but that's a small price to pay for continuity of dental care.

This week Jack had his routine examination appointment with Indra, apprehensive because of Covid-19 and unsure of what the appointment would be like can I was beyond impressed with everything they have in place. I was able to update Jack's medical history at home and then upon arrival check in using my phone. I then received a message to say wait. in the car and I would be contacted.
A quick wave from a Tamsin to come in and the same warm welcome we always receive but with gentle instructions to wash our hands. The highest level of PPE doesn't stop these ladies from giving the same Berwick Smile care from the minute you step in the door. The exam was brilliant Indra was wonderful as always and I left just feeling so impressed by everyone.
Not that I would ever expect anything less. To anybody worrying about going for an appointment post Covid, please don't. Berwick Smile have everything in place to keep you safe but without compromising their fantastic level of care. Thank you for looking after Jack, I miss you all.

It was so great to see the team at Berwick Smile back at work. They have put a massive amount of effort into designing their processes to make customers feel safe during these Covid times. They also continue to do their usual fantastic job of being welcoming, friendly and supportive, with a real focus on excellent customer care. Whilst visiting the dentist isn't my favourite activity, Berwick Smile manage to make it a nice experience by treating me as an individual - highly recommended!

I recently had a New Patient Consultation, something which I had never experienced on the NHS. I felt in very safe hands at Berwick Smile Dental Care. The consultation was an hour thorough examination of my teeth and mouth, including my neck and jaw muscles, and x rays were also taken. It was a pleasant experience with Indra explaining each step of the process.
It is good to know that I can start a monthly payment maintenance plan with this practice to prevent me having any oral issues in the future. The staff are brilliant and I would definitely return to have treatment.

I have been a member of this practice almost since it opened and have seen it grow to the amazing facility it is today providing state of the art equipment and a true 5* service. The staff are all very friendly and put you at your ease if, like me, you are fearful of needles! It is fabulous to have such a beautiful facility offering the most technologically advanced procedures.
Yesterday I had a 3D scan of my jaw in preparation for an implant and Indra explained the reasoning behind the procedure very carefully. I have been putting this off for ages, but I know I'm in safe hands as the staff are very reassuring at every step. Dental hygiene is vitally important not just for your teeth, but for your wellbeing and the staff are very keen to advise you on oral care. If you truly value your health this is the place for you.

Went into Berwick Smile with a cracked tooth which contained an old amalgum filling. The old filling was removed and about 80% of the tooth was made good with a white filling. It took about 50 minutes for the dentist and assistant to complete the task without needing an anesthetic. I now have a perfectly shaped, solid tooth, which I have used with confidence. Most sincere thanks.

I visited Berwick smile Dental care for two very complex root canal treatments because my dutch dentist advised to extract the teeth and put no more effort in the two teeth. Because I didn't want to lose my teeth I went to Berwick Smile Dental Care. Dentist Indra performed two perfect root canal treatments and I even fell asleep during the treatment .
Who would have thought that I could be this relaxed in a dentist chair. The treatment was succesful and my teeth are saved. I am very glad I turned to the professional Berwick Smile Dental Care team and I am very grateful for their help!

All the team are very friendly. The surgery is very modern and the equipment is state -of- the- art. My Dentist (Indra) and Hygienist (Paul) are both highly professional and very considerate of my needs. Dental work can be stressful but they take the fear away. Nothing is rushed, everything is explained and all in all the experience is just about as good as it can be.

After Indra completed my amazing dental work I was so impressed that I decided to have my lips and nose altered with some filler. I was initially apprehensive about getting them in my lips as a man because I didn't want it to be too noticeable. However, she did another amazing job in straightening my nose and stopping it from dipping forward at the tip when I smile, but also in balancing out my lips.
They now have a fuller, but natural, appearance and are far more symmetrical, further improving my smile. I can't praise Indra and the nurses enough, I couldn't recommend this practice enough; it's like all my Christmases come at once. You're always in safe hands!
