In general I don't think anyone is fond of visiting the dentist. However, at the Maidstone location I can say I've have the best experience ever! Everyone is very professional but also kind, caring, thoughtful, with genuine internet in your comfort and well being. I have finally found a dentist I will see ongoing.

This dental surgery is amazing, I am in awe of the care I receive on each visit. The dentist AND the assistant go above and beyond to make sure I am completely comfortable and at ease. I have just started coming here and really cannot say anything more about how I felt very at ease.like most of us I'm not a lover going to the dentist but one special lady made that possible for me.and that was the dentist called Jiun Liew. Called to ask about registration, I could only do private due to NHS list being full which was ok and expected. I spoke to a lovely lady named Danny, who made me feel so at ease and gave me all the information I needed to know. As a 25 year old woman, I still feel like a kid when booking doctors appointments, but she was so understanding and kind and just an overall pleasant conversation which really eased my anxiety. Highly recommend just based on the initial phone call. Will update once seen the actual dentist!

Visited for the first time yesterday. Christine Tang was my hygienist. I have to say that it was one of the best hygienist visits I have ever had. From start to finish I was treated respectfully by all staff, welcomed and politely spoken to. Ms Tang was wonderful, gently spoken and explained everything well. She was also incredibly patient with her student present.
She was considerate to me and mindful of my needs. My teeth have been cleaned very well and I had no pain during or after my treatment which has never happened before. All in all, I am very satisfied and look forward to my next appointment in December! Thank you

I have recently signed up with Kent Smile Studio via my wife's recommendation. Have now seen Louise for pre work check up and Sylvia for hygienist visit, both were exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and at no point is their any pressure. Not seen dentist since 2017, so when chipped front tooth had no option! Will now go for correct check ups every year, and although not look forward to them will far from dread them. Also very impressed with Sam who obviously knows her stuff, so much so I thought she was a dentist too. Thanks very much to everyone at the practice.

This is by far the best dental surgery I've visited. The whole staff are exceptionally professional and reassuring. I've had a dental implant and root canal work along with fillings and regular visits to the hygienist. I cannot praise the team enough they fully deserve the five stars I've given them.
