I have nothing but praise for the City Dental team. I'd been self-conscious about my crowded and crooked teeth for many years, but even so I was nervous about getting orthodontic treatment. However, the team at City Dental were informative and understanding from my initial consultation onwards. The best option for me was fixed braces and extractions to make space for my teeth to align. Dr Sunny has a lovely, calm demeanour and did an amazing job throughout (especially considering the additional challenges of dealing with a full-blown pandemic!), and I always felt like I was in safe hands. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend City Dental to anyone considering braces. Being able to smile with confidence really feels fantastic!

I have recently just finished my Invisalign with City Dental. My teeth was not in very good condition, not aligned, different sizes, just all over the place really! From start to finish City Dental have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Informative, knowledgable and I felt the team was genuinely excited to see my transformation! I recently went for an orthodontic consultation with them. Due to some unexpected expenses coming, I couldn't proceed with the treatment. But I really appreciate their service. Although the consultation was free, it was thorough and thoughtful. I especially wanted to thank Abi for her patience. She made me feel very welcomed yet not pushed.

City Dental in Leeds is simply the best Dental practice I have ever been too. They successfully spotted an issue that many other dentists had missed and have made my teeth straighter and whiter than I ever thought possible. I wish I had been a patient their sooner as previous dentists have not shown the same care, flexibility and professionalism. I would like to make a special mention to Sunny and his team who put me at such ease and made every visit a pleasure, not to mention him being a ridiculously highly skilled practitioner. If you want any type of treatment but in particular Invisalign and bonding then go to them! I now have the smile I have wanted all my adult life. Thank you so much.

If I could give 100 Stars out of 5 stars I would. After weeks of research to find a place to straighten my teeth I came across City Dental. I've been absolutely blown away with the level of expertise, care and results from Sunny and the team. I opted in for the wired braces, the whole treatment lasted 11 months. It was done to absolute perfection and I'm someone that doesn't use that word lightly.

All I can say is you will be taken care of here. After my treatment was completed it was the simplest decision to make City Dental my resident dentist for regular check ups and cleans A big thanks to you all

I had Invisalign treatment which also came with free teeth whitening at the end of treatment. The whole experience was excellent. My treatment lasted about 8 months and I'm so happy with the results. I now feel like I have the perfect smile! All the staff were really friendly and Sunny was approachable, kind and a great dentist! Thanks city dental! I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to have Invisalign treatment.

I became a City Dental patient following years of not being satisfied with the overall look of my teeth. Following My Consultation, the plan and cost for my treatment was agreed, I underwent extractions and implant surgery to achieve the results I required all the time being cared for and advised by Dr Ihab And the City Dental Team at Albion Place, Leeds.

Absolutely amazing dental practice! After years of going back and forth with different dentists I finally found a dentist I can trust. My experience with Dr. Ibrahim for cosmetic bonding and white fillings has been wonderful. He kindly and patiently listened to everything I needed to be done and all my concerns. I have just recently got my treatment done for my gummy smile with Dr. Ihab and I was really happy with all the services and the way I was treated in the clinic! Very heartwarming and helpful staff felt like a family member since I've visited them quite a few times. Also, Im pleasant with the results I've received and the aftercare treatment.

After years of wearing fake clip in veneers I finally decided to sort my smile out once and for all! Over the course of a year I've had whitening, hygiene appointments, a failed root canal fixed, an implant fitted and composite bonding done and throughout it all I cannot fault this practice. From the dental nurses, to the receptionists they are so welcoming and professional.

As someone who dreaded the dentist previously, this has completely changed now. I decided to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back each appointment as I heard these were the guys to go to, and it was worth all the driving. Special thank you to Dr Ihab who reassured me the entire way through and has given me the smile of my dreams. Thank you all so much, and I look forward to coming back for a 6 month review x

Having not visited the dentist/hygienist for over 10 years following years of trauma as a young teen with several braces I finally built up the courage to go and see Nicola for a hygiene appointment. Oh WOW! I genuinely had no reason to worry from the first contact with Abi the treatment co-ordinator over the phone, to stepping inside City Dental and then leaving I was made to feel welcome by all members of staff. I would highly recommend going to see Nicola who was so gentle and friendly. Ill be sure to visit again and I promise it wont be another 10 years :

Really disappointed with the service and quality i had cracked my tooth and went in for an emergency appointment 2 months ago and my temp filling fell out. It usually last up to 3 months When i called to get it filled for more permanent I was told they can't help me due to not taking on new customers: Now I just have a hole in my teeth and no where to go after paying for my initial assessment i now have to start over again and do it at another practice

I was hesitant about Invisalign, especially as I've not been to many dentists, but did my research and City Dental came out top. I've just finished my treatment and I'm so glad that I went with them. Dr Shaf and the team were really helpful and communicative throughout the pandemic. My teeth also look great now! Highly recommend.

I've just finished my treatment which I am absolutely over the moon with, I went for my original consultation at the end of last year a very nervous patient, one who hadn't been to the dentist for a number of years due to bad experiences. I was made to feel comfortable straight away and didn't feel amy pain with any of the treatments as Ihab promised.

I've gone from been very embarrassed to smile to having a great smile that family and friends have complimented me on. I would highly recommend especially if you're a nervous person.

Why did he not inform me (after viewing the X-ray originally) that the wisdom tooth required root canal work or extracting? Also, general NHS advice is Hygienist work should be carried out every 6 months, why did he book me in for two courses over a two month time scale? profiteering?

I am disgusted at the way I was advised and treated and left the practice with a numb mouth and feeling I'd been mugged. AMAZING: I have just found out Sharfuddin Patel and his CV is wrong! He is not fully employed at CITY DENTAL but, called in for new patients and works at the LINGWELL practice near MOORTOWN. Is anything right about this practice? False CV's?

I had a very good experience at City Dental from the Reception staff, Dental Nurses, Hygienist to the Dentists. Everyone was kind and helpful. Even in the time of complete Lockdown (COVID) proper safety measures were put in place which made me feel safe to have my Root Canal Treatment. Dr Sharfuddin Patel made sure that the treatment was painless and comfortable. He was very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend City Dental.

He is amazing at the job he does. He changed not only my smile but my life (that’s really the truth). I can’t express enough how thankful I am for his incredible professionalism, highly recommend.

It has been a pleasure, my teeth feel amazing after having my braces finally removed. The results were far better than I could’ve imagined and it has been a great journey of mine. Honestly cannot recommend them enough, very polite and friendly staff to work with.

I've had the best experience using City Dental. From the first enquiry every body was friendly and helpful. Dr Shaf is the best dentist and I should know I've experienced a couple of dodgy ones which is why I ended up looking for a new dentist. Dr Shaf was so professional and really took the time to explain everything and give me all of the options. The quality of work was amazing I am so happy! Great service.

I've just finished my invisalign treatment with Sunny, I had quite a complex case in that I had a large overbite and a bit of crowding, I had been to a few other dental practices in Leeds city center who told me I wouldn't get good results without train tracks so I'm glad I found City Dental. So pleased with the results, I have lovely straight teeth and the staff were so nice. Would definitely recommend - thanks Sunny!!

Went here because of the good reviews I saw online and got Invisalign to straighten my smile. Every member of staff was so welcoming and lovely as well as being informative. Couldn't be happier with my results! Dr. Gakhal even kept me on my retainers longer because my teeth weren't where I wanted them. Honestly couldn't have asked for better care from everyone at the City Dental team. I won't be changing dentists anytime soon!

I visited City Dental about 2 months ago. As I work in the dental industry I have been to a lot of dental practices. What I like about City dental is that its a small clinic with a very welcoming feel to it and all the staff seem happy to be there. The lead dentist Sunny is also very approachable and friendly.

A competitor couldn’t get me in for 7 weeks to see a hygienist. So I called City Dental yesterday and left a VM as they were closed. They called me back (kudos) and found me an appointment within 24 hours. Massively impressed with the work already, my teeth feel great. Thank you City Dental.

I would highly recommend City Dental, all the staff are very friendly and being an extremely nervous patient they all put my mind at rest from Linda the receptionist to the dental nurses and especially Dr Ihab Ibrahim who did a great job on my veneers, even the much dreaded hygienist was very gentle. Overall I was very happy and will continue to go on a regular basis
