I came to the practice to have dental implants to replace missing teeth lost in a car accident and Dr Waghela and his team were brilliant from the very beginning of treatment. Everyone at the practice held me so beautifully and were understanding and compassionate. Dr Waghela's work is exemplary, his attention to detail is exquisite and the final results are a total mastery of dentistry.

As many people know, your teeth are everyone's focus point. I was ashamed of my teeth, everyone I knew always said I was moody because I never smiled, it was starting to put me down and worried that if I didn't get me teeth sorted soon I will loose them all and of course that would make things even worse. I am also petrified of the dentist hence why rarely went.

I was looking around to see if I could get my teeth sorted at an affordable price and come across natural smiles, I phone them up and asked for a quote and got an appointment straight away. There is a charge for this appointment but nothing anyone can't afford. I was so nervous and a little scared to begin with when my appointment came along. As many people know some dentist enjoy telling you what to eat what not to eat and just be little you and this is what I was pretty much afraid of as I know it's my fault I just didn't want to be reminded of how stupid I was.

So I saw this female dentist and there was no criticism at all in fact she was absolutely lovely, very polite and professional and re assured me that their was no need to be scared. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Seriously if anyone has a problem please please think about natural smiles.

It has been ten years since I discovered Natural smiles. Without doubt, the best dental practice I have ever encountered. All the staff are welcoming and friendly and you feel relaxed and 'at home', every visit. The dental practitioners are all excellent in what they do and how they do it. One feels completely comfortable - in good hands, and treatments of all kinds are as close to pain-free as I have ever experienced.

My latest practitioner is Dr Anisha (Mistry?) and she, like her colleagues before her, delivers outstanding treatment(s) with a high level of professional and interpersonal skills. Overall, easily ten out of ten, but the highest accolade must be from my mother-in-law. who said after her first visit 'I will never be afraid of a visit to the dentist again'. In April 2020 I was referred to Dr Bhavnish Waghela at Natural Smiles because my top front 4 tooth removable bridge had worn out and was affecting my eating, talking and confidence in smiling. From my first appointment the whole process to replace my old bridge with a fixed unit using my original supporting implants was carried out in a totally professional manner.

Natural Smiles have been amazing for me, I was so nervous at my first appointment but they were very calm and reassuring. When I actually had dental work done they were great, my teeth have always made me so self conscious and going to the dentist gave me huge anxiety but by the end I actually looked forward to my appointments! I am really nervous going to the dentist and had to go for a periodontal clean over 2 days. Viran Patel.was the dentist I saw and he explained everything he was going to do and any discomfort I felt all I had to do was raise my hand. He was very patient and gentle and I would recommend him if you fear the dentist.

Dr Waghela and his team were fantastic. He provided me with all my options and pricing. He understood my situation and helped me develop a plan for treatment. It was a pressure-free environment and a great experience. In the end, they did the work brilliantly and sent me home with beautiful teeth!

I got in touch with natural smiles to discuss having braces, the receptionist was very helpful, she booked me in for a consultation and emailed me over some details. At my first consultation we discussed the options and I decided to go with fixed braces. Teeth whitening and retainers were included in the package. The treatment took 10 months in total and I am really pleased with the results.

Each time I visited the practice I recieved a friendly greeting from the receptionists and excellent care from the dentist (Karnika) and the dental nurses. If I had any problems with my brace I never had to wait more than a few days for an appointment to get it sorted. I often had my little girl with me at appointments, they were great with her too and always allowed her to take samples of toothpaste home! Thank you Natural Smiles!

The best dental experience I've ever had, Dr Bhav W was fantastic all the way through my journey with Natural Smiles! I spoke to him in great detail of exactly what I wanted and by the end of my treatment he had gone above and beyond!! High recommended! I would highly recommend Natural Smiles. I came to the practise at the beginning of the year as my dentist did not offer orthodonist treatments. There was a fantastic deal on at the time and I opted for the fixed brace which came with free teeth whitening and retainers. The aim was to complete treatment in 9 months. I am so pleased with the results and it was quicker than planned which is an added bonus!

I was able to pay off my treatment in installments which also helped massively. All members of staff have great customer service skills. They are so welcoming and friendly (I even got a birthday card from them). Special thank you has to go to Dr Panchal who worked her magic on my teeth. I am now proud of my smile again.

Dr Waghela was highly recommended through a friend as I have had some complex dental issues which had never previously been addressed. From the onset, my experience at Natural Smiles has been nothing short of exceptional and highly professional. All the staff are very welcoming and put me at ease as soon as I entered the practice. Dr Waghela went through all my options in great detail and all procedures were carried out with great care and precision. I'm very happy with my new smile!

Definitely recommend I love my new smile and in only 6 months! The ceramic braces mean that they are way less noticeable and the staff are so nice and friendly always able to help and fine appointments to suit
