I can't even begin to describe how incredibly kind the staff at this dental practice are. I started some private Invisalign here in 2019 and John who did my treatment is knowledgeable, professional, patient and calm. He thoroughly explained everything giving me pro's and con's of different types of treatment. He explained why "fast Invisalign" or "quick straight teeth" that I'd been offered elsewhere wouldn't have been the best option for me based on my personal circumstances.

They were by far the best value for the treatment I had and offered a free ten month finance option as well. Due to the pandemic my treatment lasted longer than anticipated but I wasn't charged any extra for this despite needing more visits and additional aligners. I live with severe PTSD after an incident which damaged my teeth and the mask wearing during the pandemic was incredibly triggering for me.

The staff went out of their way to support me with this making sure I felt safe and relaxed- actually making more adjustments for me that my own employer did! Throughout my treatment everything was explained thoroughly, the care I've received has been exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending them especially for anyone who is nervous at the dentists. I'll be forever grateful for the care I've been shown here and I have beautiful straight teeth now that look really natural which was what I wanted!

I joined the practice some 6 months ago having moved back to the area. Although I've attended dentists regularly a lot of the work done previously had been to 'patch up' problems. Rob, the other dentists and all the team are fantastic and made me feel valued and that getting my teeth back to a much better overall position is a joint effort with me.

All the work was fully discussed with me, giving me options. As much as attending a dentist can be pleasurable as a patient I felt relaxed and supported. Being on the dental plan reduced the overall cost too. The final result has been great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Muirheads to anyone else.

Not good at all. no after care, not bothered to even call up to ask. had to ring 111 and get myself sorted. they were very quick to set up a standing order. and had to cheek to send a letter saying its going to increase! Not recommended at all I'd give 0 stars but didn't have the option!

I've been a patient here for a couple of years now and have had some excellent dental & cosmetic work done. I would definitely recommend Muirhead & Associates to everyone, especially if you have a nervous disposition when it comes to dentists. They all put you at ease. A big 'Thank you' to all the team.

I have been suffering neck pain down the RHS of my neck for a number of years. Having tried physiotherapy, chiropractors & acupuncture - nothing had worked. Rob thought he may be able to help as the issue can be related to stress in the joint of the lower jaw (TMJ I think!). I wore a plastic splint at night for a number of weeks that Rob had made.

The pain reduced and mobility of my neck improved & continues to improve. I couldn't be happier with the results and the treatment I received. Rob is knowledgeable, professional and explains everything very clearly. Many Thanks - I would definitely recommend Muirhead & Associates.

Private dentist that will give you one cost, then pile unnecessary treatment and extra charges on top less than halfway through your treatment plan and prey on the desperate, not recommended. Changed from 700 originally to over 4,000! I do not "need" to see a 'dietician' for 15 minutes and be charged almost 100 for just that you just think I should. Avoid. Good at composite fillings though. only good thing I have to say. I've been put off privates for life now.
