I have been having dental treatment at Oak Lodge for many years and have undergone some challenging and complicated procedures which have been carried out with true professionalism, and have given excellent results. Possible options have been explained to me clearly and I am always confident about the choices I have made. In addition each team member is friendly and caring so the overall experience is good. The staff at this practice are very friendly & helpful and I joined 6 months ago, having read their reviews. I have had several different treatments over that time. My dentist, Dr Sond, talks through everything with me and we make a plan of any treatment required. During treatment, he always checks that I am okay and he has restored my confidence in attending a dentist. I am really happy that I found this practice.

I registered with the practice a year ago after having orthodontist treatment and it turned out that I needed a few dental appointments. Dr Sond is an amazing dentist and really clearly explained the treatment plan and worked with me to get everything in top shape. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming every time. Very highly recommend the practice and Dr Sond.

The dentists here are very skilled, professional and caring. I have now been several times and each time, I come away feeling confident that my teeth are in good hands. The reception staff are always courteous and friendly. I recently had to reschedule an appointment because I was stranded due to a flight cancellation and could not return home. This happened at the last minute and my dental appointment was the following day.
When I rang to request a change, it was all very smooth and straightforward. I was not charged a cancellation fee and the staff there were very helpful. I highly recommend this dental practice.
