THE WORST PRACTISE EVER ALWAYS BEEN DISRESPECTFUL ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONIST HAS NO RESPECT FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE! MUM AND DAD ARE ABOVE 75 STANDING OUTSIDE COLD MY DAD WITH HIS WALKING STICK STRUGGLING TO STAND! KICKED US OUT SAID WE ARE NO LONGER PART OF THE PRACTISE! I CALLED THE RECEPTIONIST SHE SAID THAT MY MUM AND DADS APPOINTMENT IS ON THIS DAY AND I MADE THEM REPEAT IT! THEN THEY SEND ME ANOTHER TIME ON THE TEXT MESSAGE! DIFFERENT TIME? HOW IS THIS FAIR? THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE WORST RECEPTIONIST IVE EVER COME ACROSS NO RESPECT FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE!

The receptionist was totally unprofessional with Zero manners and customer service (DISGUSTING)I travelled all the way from Chelsea as was recommended by a friend and was stuck in traffic. I was told off like I came there for free or she is keeping the surgery open for me! If she focused her energy on looking after new clients, more ppl will come! Definitely not going back and will let others know how disgusting the service was!

Dr Ganjeh is always amazing and welcoming he has done more than an amazing job. Love it and strongly recommend the dental centre very welcoming place

Amazing practice and staff, implants with Dr Bhogal was a great experience from start to finish!

So disappointed. I was really shocked that receptionist lady behaved was so rude. my wife appointment was 11.30 and we 5 minute late. Lady doesn't let me meet the doctor but she already said doctor we are here. She saying need to fill up form which is take 1 minute. bcz of 5 minute late. I said look I have unwell child so we had appointment before.

So we are 5 minute but she said this is my business place I don't know care other people. She continues shouting. She was trying to get out us. So pathetic manner.she called me idiot. I can't believe. She was so aggressive when she talk. Date -24/03/2022.

Amazing dentist do not know his name but he was working on Tuesdays! very friendly and actually did not charge my husband to remove the roots of his tooth which I think is really rare to find this kind of service anywhere anymore. Would recommend to anyone thank you very much for your kindness :

This is such an excellent dental practice. Dr Yazdani is a brilliant dentist but he also treats you with respect, takes the time to explain what's happening, gives good advice and real encouragement. I am quite phobic with dentists so am really grateful to have access to this very good practice. Reception staff are very professional, communication is clear and the COVID measures are all in place. 5-stars definitely.

I am a local man in my mid fifties who has never written a review for anything, but I genuinely feel compelled to do so on this occasion. Dr Yazdani is quite simply the best dental surgeon that has ever treated me. I have been a patient of his for several years now and his work has always been first class. Two years ago, he fitted me with replacement dentures.

For the first time ever, they have fitted perfectly, haven't given me the slightest bit of pain and have never slipped, even when eating food that is difficult to chew. I have undergone extensive treatment with him, including root canal, extractions and fillings and his work has always been exceptionally good, with the minimum of pain or discomfort.

He is an extremely amiable man, who takes the time to explain what he is doing and is constantly checking to see if you are in any pain whatsoever. It has almost got to the stage where I actually look forward to my dental visits. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Dr Yazdani, as I have now done to my own sister. Five stars all the way!

Great service and friendly staff - highly recommend! They text you the day before your appointment confirming the appointment time, date and practitioner name so you cant get it wrong. Dr Bhogal did excellent work and always has great chat. Recommended to a friend already who also highly commends this place. They have short notice NHS appointments available which was so helpful and they are very flexible around you. Never been keen on going back to a dental surgery until I found this place.

Dr Essi Ravi is the best dentist I've ever had. He's always pleasant, personable, and above all conscientious about every aspect of my dental care. His staff follows his lead and he takes the time to explain the different procedures and options available, and I fully trust his judgment and know he'd never recommend anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. I'd recommend him to anyone.
