This is a surgical procedure that may be necessary prior to implant placement or construction of a bridge. If implants are the best option for you but x-rays reveal that the bone is not of the best quality and quantity, we will place a bone augmentation material, which acts as a matrix for your own bone to grow into that area.
This is a permanently attached prosthetic appliance, which replaces missing teeth. When placing a bridge the dentist will need to use the teeth on either side of the space to hold it in place. A bridge is therefore a false tooth which is attached to a crown on each of the neighbouring teeth. These teeth will need to be shaped to fit the bridge.
This is periodontal (gum) surgery that is essential prior to some restorative work being carried out. Re-contouring of the gum is done to ensure that the new restorations can be constructed to the highest possible standard, and most importantly so that they can be maintained to provide you with health and comfort for the longest possible time.
If we can get a perfect balance between all of these factors we will succeed in achieving the optimal smile. In some cases of smile correction you will need to have minor gum surgery so that the left and right side look balanced and uniform. There are several procedures, which a specialist periodontist (gum specialist) can perform to improve the appearance of the gingiva (gum). It may involve the removal of gum in some instances (crown lengthening) and the addition of gum in others (gingival graft).

3 stars as perfect number. Average betwen amazing and terrible, I've encountered both. The 5 stars (amazing) part is all about the operating staff, you can sense how competent and trustable they are as soon as you step into the operating room. The 1 star (terrible) experience is everything else. I called in to have my two front teeth repaired after an accident at work, I specified that I needed to see a dentist to have them repaired as soon as possible.
I have been booked in with an Hygienist instead with the very same phone call. I attended the Hygienist session as I have been told that, "if not, the dentist would have surely book me back there", which I believe, but, as now, I haven't got any written statement to show to my insurance to cover the hygienist cost. I believe the main issue with my experience is within the cross-department internal communication and, surely, receipt archive - as it took me two weeks and 4 different phone calls to have a "Customer not Present" deposit slip receipt asked by my insurance.

Dr Mawani saw me at short notice and provided an exceptional service. As a nervous patient, he took me through all of the steps of some fairly major work carefully, enthusiastically and politely. He took all the time needed, and did spectacular work reconstructing a molar and excising trapped filling from my jaw. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough. They are friendly, helpful and most importantly take as much time is as needed, instead of rushing you through.

I had a bit of a dental emergency and had a very limited window to get it taken care of. The team got me in immediately for a consultation and had the procedure scheduled quickly. The entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful. If I find myself back in London and need anything done, they would be the first people I would go to!
