Our aim is to provide high quality orthodontic treatment in a friendly, comfortable environment. Neat Teeth orthodontics is a specialist referral practice providing advice and treatment for a wide range of orthodontic problems in children and adults. All our orthodontists are specialists, fully registered with the General Dental Council.
Stephen is principle orthodontist and director of neat-teeth orthodontics. After qualifying in dentistry from Guys Hospital Dental School in 1984, he spent 8 years in general dental practice in both Kent and Swansea. In 1992 he moved back to London to join the three-year specialist training programme in orthodontics at Guys Hospital Dental School and Roehampton Hospital.

Founder and Principal Stephen Gould opened his purpose built clinic on the SA1 Waterfront development in 2008. A state of the art building has enabled him to provide cutting edge orthodontic treatment in a relaxed, comfortable environment.
In addition to orthodontic treatment for children and teens, our team of highly trained specialists offer the very latest 'invisible' brace systems for adults. This is all carried out under the guidance of Orthodontic Specialist, Stephen Gould. All the latest brace systems are available at the practice to gently move your teeth into an ideal position.

I can't recommend this place enough. From my initial conversation with Kayleigh over the phone, to the reception staff today, to Christian my son's orthodontist and Megan the orthodontic nurse. wow! What an incredible team of kind, caring and helpful staff. Having had an unpleasant experience with a different orthodontist, we literally drove from Cardiff to Swsnsea to transfer to Neat Teeth. I'm so glad we did. Thanks Christian! We are SO grateful.

I am 28, and recently had a fixed ceramic appliance on both upper and lower for 2 years 3 months, after having had no orthodontic treatment as child. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, and the care and attention throughout has been fantastic. I would 100% recommend that adults considering any form of orthodontic treatment go for a consultation. It is worth the wait (which is also indicative of how popular they are).

Had my Brace on for 3 years now and no progress is being made. They told me it wouldn't take no longer than 2 years and i just went back today to get the wire fixed on the brace AGAIN and they told me that i'm going to have to wait another year, so when it does finally come off I would of had it on for 4 YEARS its absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I'm giving them 2 Stars is because of the Women that work behind the desk are MINT otherwise it would of been a 1 Star!
