All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and welcoming and I liked that the procedure was fully explained to me beforehand. Bruce and his assistants were all very professional and efficient which put me at ease. It would be unfair to pick out one person because you're all lovely! I was very apprehensive beforehand, google and an active imagination can be a terrible thing, but I had nothing to worry about! The ice-creams are on me next time.

Broke a tooth eating and phoned the next day to set up an appointment. The receptionist was very caring and spoke to a dentist. She phoned me back and they had me come in 2 hrs later to see a dentist. Not my usual dentist but one that had found some time to see me. She skilfully and kindly did a temporary repair. She also explained my future options for a permanent repair and said she would speak to my usual dentist about this.
In my opinion this practices treatment of me was without doubt top class and highly professional. I am a delighted NHS patient. On top of all that this happened during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank You all.

I attended an emergency appointment where nothing was achieved, I apparently cannot be given even temporary treatment which will relieve my pain until August 12th- approximately 10 weeks from now. As a former clinician, I was appalled by the callous, uncaring attitude of staff who appeared to believe this to be acceptable. I would however, like to add that on previous visits to this practice, my regular dentist, Glen has never been anything short of professional and shown great attention to detail to ensure an accurate diagnosis and appropriate course of treatment.
The friendly, reassuring and professional service offered by him was a very different, much better experience than the one received by another dentist at the same practice yesterday.

From start to finish of my treatment, the staff at Care Dental have been professional, caring and friendly. It's been a long and complex process throughout which I have had total confidence in Dr Bruce Strickland and his team. The clinic is an amazing, innovative and technically advanced facility which includes an in-house laboratory yet it is calming and patient-focused.
The results of my treatment have been wonderful - in terms of eating function, overall health benefits, cosmetically and even complete elimination of halitosis. Even under challenging Covid conditions, Care Dental continue to provide exceptional quality of service and care. Overall, highly impressed, very satisfied and privileged to be a customer. My smile says it all.
